Aqsa is amazing! She takes such great care of our quirky dogs and is so great about rolling with it when we have unexpected surprises or changes. I’ve been using her pretty consistently for overnight dogsitting stays in my home for almost a year due to my frequent work and personal travel - she always sends lots of updates and it helps me feel comfortable that my dog is maintaining his schedule and routine even when I’m away. He tends to go on a hunger strike whenever I’m gone, and Aqsa makes it her personal mission to get him some sustenance - it’s always exciting and very reassuring to get the update that he’s decided to start eating. He has a lot of quirks (as does my partner’s dog) and I appreciate that she respects their oddities - they have become great buddies, and it’s so nice to come home and know that my dog has been able to relax at home with someone who is so caring and trustworthy. I highly recommend Aqsa, whether for a drop in visit/walk during the work day or overnight homesitting!

Schedule
I have a very flexible schedule and I can be available to give your pet consistent care throughout the week. I’ll always make sure they get the attention, exercise, and companionship they need, and I’ll work around what’s most convenient for you.

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in their home, I prioritize keeping them on their normal schedule so they feel comfortable and secure in my care. If they stay in my home, I do everything I can to make the transition easy by maintaining a familiar routine and providing a cozy, stress-free environment. Pets are welcome on my furniture and bed, so they always feel at home. They will receive plenty of love, attention, and treats, and I make sure all their needs are met. I also have two cats of my own, so I take special care to ensure all animals feel safe and comfortable around each other. Your pet will be treated like family while you’re away!
A typical day
I love finding different ways to mentally and physically engage my pets. I create sensory games to stimulate their senses and keep their brains active, and I enjoy playing with them using their favorite toys. One of my absolute favorite things to do is take them on walks around a beautiful pond near my home. It’s about 2 miles around, peaceful, and calm—except for the geese, of course. It’s such a serene escape for all of us.
