I have always had so much love for playing and caring for dogs since a young age. I have been petsitting for various families for around 8 years now. I was an employee (started as an intern) for a little over a year at a doggy daycare/boarding facility that was also linked with a non profit dog rescue organization. I worked with dogs of all sizes and personalities. This job improved my efficiency with tasks and I gained more confidence when handling dogs! I was also in the animal science academy program at my high school. This allowed me to work in the children’s barnyard at the NC State fair, handle classroom animals (goats, chickens, reptiles, and rodents) and be a member of the FFA. Additional: I have so much love for reptiles and rodents. So if you have a little critter that needs care, I’m here to help! I have a leopard gecko and I grew up having 3 hamsters. I have petsit many kinds of reptiles and rodents just as long as I’ve been petsitting dogs and cats.

I will keep all of your rules, procedures and dog’s needs noted and they are all taken seriously. I can guarantee you that your dog and home are in good hands with me :) I’m dedicated to giving your dog the care and attention they need! When it comes to walks, I will always pay close attention to the dog’s behavior to make sure they aren’t getting too tired, hot, or eating anything they aren’t supposed to!
Ratings and reviews
Emma did a great job taking care of Moose while I was away! She stopped by on three different occasions to let him out, make sure he had food, take him for walks, and spend some time keeping him company. I really appreciated knowing Moose was being well cared for and getting plenty of attention. I would definitely recommend Emma and would be happy to have her care for Moose again!
Emma has cared for the neighborhood pets throughout multiple years, and not only does she provide loving care and follows detailed instructions, but she also bonds with and adores all animals. She is a natural! Your pet will be in excellent hands with Emma!
Emma was great with Raleigh! He looked very happy on his walks and I know he loved having her look in on him through the day!

Schedule
**I require a meet & greet at least 2-3 days before the first drop in or walk!** My schedule is pretty open as of right now!
