You can tell he has experience with large, intelligent, high energy breeds. My border collie mix and mini Aussie are chill natured but can be very hyper and he handled them very well when he first met them. His high level of care was super obvious throughout the stay. My dogs always looked happy in the daily updates and when one of my dogs unexpectedly had a seizure overnight, Mason stepped up and handled everything perfectly. I had full confidence in Mason and could clearly tell that he was taking care of my dogs as if they were his own. Having an emergency happen when you’re away is nobody’s ideal but Mason made us feel as comfortable with that as anyone could. When I got home, my house looked great and I can tell my dogs are happy and tired. Mason was clearly attentive to them. Can’t recommend him enough and will definitely book again.”

About: I grew up in a house full of cats and dogs, so you could say I speak fluent “purr” and “woof.” At one point, we had six cats and two dogs—all under one roof! In my adult life, I’ve fostered 10 neonatal kittens (yes, 10!), and I foster-failed with two of them, Smokey and Frizzle, who you can read more about on my profile. I've also fostered two puppies!! I’ve got a talent for reading body language—whether it’s a tail flick from a cat or a happy wiggle from a dog. I work as an engineer with a flexible work-from-home schedule, which means I can easily accommodate drop-ins with your pet or overnight stays. My husband’s job is a bit less flexible, but he’s always happy to help with overnight stays and weekend drop-ins. Together, we make sure your pet gets the care and attention they deserve, no matter the day or time! I’ll follow your lead to ensure your pet gets the best care possible. During our meet-and-greet, I’ll ask about your preferences for feeding, walks, playtime, and more. I’ll also gather your vet’s information for any unlikely emergencies and learn about any quirks your pet may have. Your pet’s comfort and routine are my top priorities!
