“Kelly stayed at my house with my cat for 10 nights, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Super proactive in communication, sent pics and updates daily, left the house in great shape (I really couldn't tell anyone had been here!) and was flexible in the end when my travel plans changed due to weather. Oh, and I could tell she genuinely enjoyed hanging out with my cat, which makes it all the better. Hope to be able to hire her for future needs!”

“This is my 2nd time booking with Gabby. My dogs love her. She kept me informed during my entire trip. And she kindly dealt with a few poop accidents. My dogs were well carted for. I will book Gabby for future trips.”

“Savanna responded promptly to my LAST MINUTE REQUEST for 9 hours of help with 2, maybe 3 dogs. She sent photos and reports through the afternoon and assured me she would still be there, even though I was going to be 30 minutes late getting home. My dogs, fostered for a Border Collie rescue, wanted to follow her out the door. I hope to continue asking for Savanna's help for future dog sitting needs.”

“Mason was an excellent sitter for my pup Obi! She’s very responsive, punctual, and reliable. Obi seemed to be well taken care of and Mason sent me updates each day with some cute photos. I would highly recommend Mason and will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Claire did a great job caring for our 9-month-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy while we were out of town for five days. This was our first time leaving him, and she made the experience stress-free with her excellent communication. She sent regular updates and pictures, which gave us great peace of mind. When we returned, our pup was happy and well cared for, and the house was spotless. I would absolutely recommend Claire to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“Kimberly was super sweet and communicative throughout the whole sitting process! I definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a sitter to give you peace of mind while you’re away.”

“Emi was the best dog sitter we’ve used on Rover! Our dog is a rescue with separation anxiety and we had just moved two weeks prior to our travel plans, so I was nervous about finding someone to stay with Buddy, but Emi was so reassuring, communicative, and sent lots of great pictures and videos. I even came home to a sweet handwritten note welcoming us home and recapping her stay. I have no doubt that our dog was in good hands and great company and I cannot recommend Emi’s services enough. It truly makes a difference when you can travel knowing that your pet is being loved on and well cared for. We will certainly be repeat customers!”

“Sherry was lovely! She stayed with our 2 dogs for a weekend and I felt like they were being well taken care of. She sent lots of pictures and provided updates throughout the whole visit. Would definitely book with her again!!!”

“Tram did a great job of caring for my dog while I was out of town for a weekend. She followed instructions well and sent lots of updates! Would definitely use her again in the future!”

“Pumpkin had a great time with Christine. He was well taken care of, including his medicine, and she rolled with a couple unexpected things with no problem. I got plenty of updates and photos. Thanks Christine!”

“Aspen was incredibly thoughtful with our dog and home! Having someone so conscientious really takes the stress off of going away. She went above and beyond in several ways, and we would highly recommend her to anyone!”

“Madison was great! This was the first time I had someone stay at my house and look after my dogs. She was great with my 4 dogs, even my scardy cat dogs! She was on time and quick to reply when I had questions. I would definitely recommend her and definitely use her again.”

“Jayde watched our dog while we were away and I couldn't have been happier with the experience! From the very beginning she was incredibly reliable and a fantastic communicator. Throughout our time away, Jayde kept me updated with messages, making it easy for me to relax knowing our pup was in good hands. One of the highlights was receiving a cute photo of the two of them together, which truly made my day! Jayde's friendly demeanor and genuine love for animals shone through, and it was clear that our dog felt comfortable & happy. We returned home to a well-cared for dog and a clean house, which speaks volumes about her attention to detail. I highly recommend Jayde to anyone in need of a trustworthy pet sitter. We will definitely reach out to her again in the future.”
About: I have been caring for my family's dogs since I was 8 years old (at least!). I have taken care of dogs of a variety of breeds, sizes (small to very large), and ages (puppies to elderly dogs), and I have experience with dogs who require specialized attention due to medical and age-related conditions, extreme anxiety, behavioral challenges (such as leash-reactivity), or house training. I enjoy getting to know each dog and their particular personalities and quirks! My schedule is currently extremely flexible, so I will be available to meet your pet's individual needs. I can drive anywhere in or near the Chapel Hill/Carroboro area to take care of your pet. Beyond providing for the essentials like food and water, regular bathroom breaks, and safety, I am very attentive to a pet's individual needs and strive to make them feel safe and comfortable.
“Amanda was absolutely the best walker we ever encountered! She was very punctual responding to our last minute request as we had a complication with our original dog sitting arrangement, she was at our house within one hr of initial response to meet our babies! She watched our 2 large dogs for 1 full week and did a wonderful job doing it! Daily pics of the dogs and summary of the days events came with her service which calmed our nerves as to how they were doing each day! I would trust Amanda 100% with our babies again no questions asked! Thank you again Amanda for accepting our request you really helped us out in a pinch! It’s really hard to find someone that’s trustworthy and responsible like yourself! Thank you again!”

“If I could give Melody 10 stars, I would! She house sat for me while I was away for a wedding and took wonderful care of my dog and my place. She was so great as at sending photos and sharing what they were up to each day. I loved that we stayed in touch while I was away. Thank you for loving my pup like your own!”

Lauren was amazing. Our dog can be anxious around new people, but she felt comfortable with Lauren right away, which honestly gave us so much peace of mind. She sent thoughtful updates throughout the stay and it was clear Dee was happy and well cared for. She also left our house in great condition. We will absolutely use her again next time we need a sitter. Highly recommend.

Kimberly is a gentle and observant person and makes a great pet sitter. She sat for us for 6 days, one puppy and 3 indoor/outdoor cats. Our puppy gave her a run for her money and she handled it with aplomb. Communicated every day, took the dog to playdates with the neighbors, and left the house spotless in the end. Looking forward to connecting with her in the future.

When choosing a sitter, all things come second to how comfortable I feel while I’m away. When Samantha is taking care of our pups, I feel total certainty they’re receiving wonderful care and attention. This is the quiet sum of all the little things: she’s exceptionally kind thoughtful, she seeks and sets clear expectations, and she clearly demonstrates a committed interest in our pets’ happiness and well-being. We’ll be going to Samantha before we go anywhere else.

I’ve booked Mason a handful of times now to watch Willy whenever we go out of town, and it is always a stress-free, easy, and reliable interaction. Mason takes great care of Willy, and is able to easily adjust to his anxious and silly personality. I know Willy is in great hands with her whenever we are out of town!

Emi G. is awesome! From the moment I met her, she made both me and my fur baby comfortable. Prior to meeting, I was quite nervous. It was the first time leaving my 11 month old, 9 pound puppy. Emi G took great care of Ziggy and left my home exactly as she found it. I will definitely contact Emi G when I need a pet sitter again.

We had a fantastic experience. Autumn took wonderful care of our pets and our home while we were away, communicated clearly, and handled everything responsibly and thoughtfully. We came home to happy pets and a well-cared-for house. We would absolutely book Autumn again and highly recommend her.

Chelsea was very communicative throughout the stay and sent multiple videos, which really helped me feel at ease. Knowing Sunny was safe, comfortable, and well cared for made a huge difference. I felt very secure leaving Sunny in her care and would absolutely book with her again!
