Emma's service is fantastic! She has it all. She arrives at the meet and greet with such a warm personality and professional attention to detail. Emma clearly loves dogs and has the personality that says she loves people too. She answered all of my correspondence very quickly and responded to my dog's needs very well. My shepherd mix followed her around the house! Emma even texted me after we got home to ensure that we were home with my dog. Olga and Stepan took great care of my two dogs while I was away. They sent me pictures, administered meds, took them for walks, and gave them plenty of affection. One of them was home with the dogs at all times which I am sure they enjoyed since I cannot work from home. I highly recommend them and will definitely request them again.
Ria stayed with my kitty overnight while I was out of town. She kept me updated with pictures and videos and clearly bonded with my cat! When I returned, the house was perfectly clean and my kitty even had a few extra toys! She is so thoughtful and great with animals. Will hire her again!
Mary did an awesome job taking care of our 12year old dog who has storm anxiety! She provided updates and offered reassurance after a storm and took him for lots of walks. She also sent us a picture of our old fella taking a sun bath and looking content! It was the first time ever that when we came home to Norm he wasn’t stressed out!
