About: I grew up with dogs and have years of experience caring for pets of all kinds. I currently foster dogs in Chapel Hill through the Orange County Animal Shelter, so I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, and animals with special needs. I’m reliable, affordable, and love keeping pets happy and safe while their humans are away. I’m a 21-year-old UNC student and a part-time worker with a flexible schedule. For this summer my weekdays and weekends are pretty much completely free, so I can provide walks, playtime, and attention whenever your pets need it. I can also adjust to your pet’s routine to make sure they’re happy and comfortable. I provide a safe, loving, and calm environment for every pet. Whether in your home or mine, I make sure pets have fresh water, regular meals, and plenty of supervised playtime. I follow any instructions you provide, including medications, routines, or special care needs. I’m experienced with dogs of all ages, cats, and other animals, and I always prioritize their safety, comfort, and happiness while you’re away.

About: I’ve had 4 dogs in my life and have taken care of family friend pets since I was 12. I am a very calm sitter and have an excellent attention to detail. I am a graduate student who is usually on campus between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. I am flexible to come by before/after and house sit if need be! I take my client’s pets on walks, feed them regularly, give them treats and belly rubs. I also enjoy just spending quality time with my clients pets and will spend time relaxing with them and making them feel comfortable! I am really good with plants and can help out around the house if requested!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats as pets my entire life, including my current cat, Bandit! I worked in a veterinarian office throughout high school, assisting in the administration of medications and care of animals preparing for/recovering from surgical procedures. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters throughout college, as well as pet sitting for friends, and love caring for animals! I am a recent college graduate and do not start my full-time job until October, so I am highly available for the summer to help care for pets. I have a ton of walking trails near my house and am very happy to walk (or even run, for our high energy furbabies!) as much as your pet desires. My current cat is quite shy, so I am unable to host pets for stays at my house.

About: My entire life, I grew up in a house with multiple dogs! I have always been the family’s designated dog walker, bather, trainer, etc! I also worked as a dog sitter in high school! It’s safe to say I love all things animals! I just graduated from UNC in early May with a dual degree in Political Science and Global Studies and a minor in Spanish! I am in Chapel Hill for the summer am available weekdays after 1pm and weekends! The safety, comfort, and happiness of your animals is my #1 priority! I will, without a doubt, do my best to follow all rules and routines in order to keep you animal’s tail wagging the whole day!

About: My family has always had dogs, 2-3 at a time, and always large (German Shepards or Labs). I have dog sat for neighbors, relatives, and friends - all dogs great and small! I don't mind to get a little dirty, I'm ready to walk and play all day long. I work part-time, but am very flexible and can work to fit your needs. I am pretty much available any day of the week Monday-Sunday, and typically work between the hours of 10am-8pm. I am happy to work earlier or later if necessary! I am currently not offering boarding in my own home but am open to doing stop-in visits in a clients home, no problem there!

About: I grew up with both dogs and cats, so caring for pets has always been a big part of my life! I don’t currently have any pets of my own, so I really miss the love, cuddles they bring. Thankfully, I’ve still been able to spend time with friends’ and family members’ pets, and I love every chance I get to care for them! About: I’ve been dog-sitting for the past four years, and I grew up with multiple Australian Shepherds in my house. I am a big runner and love taking dogs hiking and running with me too. This past summer I worked as a vet tech at an animal hospital back home in Nashville and raised a new puppy of my own. I have dog sat for new puppies and older dogs with multiple medications/ointments and everything in between! I am currently a student at UNC Chapel Hill so I am in class for about 4 hours/day, but other than that my schedule is very flexible. I cannot care for pets in my home currently, but in clients’ homes I make sure to spend time with the animals and usually play with them in the yard (if possible) and take them on walks around the neighborhood or drive them to the park to go for a hike.

About: I have extensive experience working with pups (and pet parents) who struggle with separation anxiety as well as long term periods of care for your furry little guys! My first memories as a kid are playing with my family's chocolate lab and I've been an absolute dog lover ever since. I spent 2 years as a Petsmart dog washer during my undergrad and learned valuable dog handling skills that would make me an excellent dog washer. I do tend to spoil dogs with love and affection and would absolutely pamper them. I am a physics grad student who does research remotely and I primarily work from home. I have a fluid schedule and can adjust my time to fit your schedule. I live in an apartment with no other pets and have a large open area for leashed walks and potty time. I am a skilled dog handler and am able to ensure your pup will get enough exercise in a safe and controlled environment. I maintain a tidy home and don't leave things out for dogs to chew on or destroy and will keep the same level of cleanliness in your home.

About: Taking care of pets has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I am naturally intuitive with animals and am known for my calming and empathic nature, which also shows up in my career as a therapist (for humans). Several years of personal pet ownership as well as volunteer and professional experience. 12 years of experience of dog walking and house sitting sitting pets of family, friends, and neighbors. I also have experience fostering animals with the Humane Society, giving them the love, tenderness, and medical attention they needed until they were ready to be adopted. My schedule is currently open Monday through Friday around my flexible work schedule as well as weekends. I am looking forward to taking care of your pets and meeting their needs and beyond. I live in an apartment in a a safe and pet friendly neighborhood. I am comfortable with all animals and enjoy giving them 1-1 attention, and care. I am able to provide long walks or short walks based on your pet’s needs. About: I’ve helped many of my friends with pet care, including dog walking and overnight stays, often just because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Through these experiences, I’ve gained a lot of hands-on practice with walking dogs, playing with them, and making sure they get the exercise and attention they need. I’ve also been involved in some stray animal rescue efforts, which gave me additional experience caring for animals with different temperaments and needs. In addition to cats and dogs, I’ve personally cared for several other pets over the years, including rabbits, lizards, and hamsters. Because of this, I’m comfortable around many kinds of animals and understand that each one has their own personality and care routine. Taking care of animals is something I truly enjoy, and I always try to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m graduating soon and just finished my clinical rotation, so starting after spring break (March 17) my schedule will be very flexible. I’m generally available Monday–Thursday from 5 PM to 10 PM, and Friday–Sunday I’m available all day. I prefer confirming bookings at least three days in advance when possible, but last-minute requests are also welcome. Honestly, those are always a fun surprise for me because I truly love spending time with animals! My top priority is always making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while their owners are away. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, playtime, （and litter box cleaning if my client is a cat). Keeping their normal environment and routine helps pets feel more secure. I keep the home tidy, double check doors and safety, and I’m careful about preventing escape risks. I’m also happy to send regular updates and photos so owners can relax knowing their pets are safe and well cared for.
