“Kelly is wonderful. She's watched my two cats for trips ranging from a couple of days to two weeks long for many years now. I trust her implicitly to take care of my animals.”

About: My family and I have fostered dogs and cats for the last 12 years. Through this I have gained valuable experience with working with a variety of dog breeds. Although, my experience goes beyond this as my love for animals is one of my greatest traits. While working pastime at a childcare facility, I have enough time throughout the day to check on your pet, let them out for a potty break, or just keep them company! Depending if I have any other activities or events to attend to, I’m pretty much free all the time. I currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats. For the dogs, we have a large, fenced in yard with plenty of room for them to run and play. All of our dogs have leashes and collars to ensure safety for us and our pets. As for the cats, they each have their own litter box which is scooped daily and their own food bowls.
About: (For the month of June willing to accept last minute requests.) I bring over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs, with a strong foundation developed in a home with three cats and three dogs. I’ve consistently been the trusted pet sitter for our family, managing the care of multiple pets with attention to detail and consistency. During my time at college in Florida, I continued this commitment by helping care for cats on campus, gaining experience with a variety of personalities, needs, and environments. I am comfortable administering medication, including oral treatments and mixing medication with food, and I take pride in maintaining each pet’s routine to ensure a calm, low-stress experience. Known for being reliable and attentive, I approach every visit with patience, care, and a genuine love for animals, treating each cat as if they were my own while providing owners with confidence and peace of mind. I am home for summer break from college. I am available most days, with notice. Rover is my only source of employment, so no other conflicts will arise to interfere with your pets care. I have a dependable vehicle and I’m flexible with schedules. I respect your home and take pride in offering a safe and secure environment for your pets.

“Kristen and her family were awesome! They totally came through for me in a pinch and were so great with my nervous boy. They took him on walks, played, and snuggled. I didn't have to worry about anything. Would definitely use again!”
About: I've taken care of my best friend's family's dogs for years now! I have done overnight care for them yearly and have occasionally pet sit for days for other people! I also have experience taking care of senior pets with extensive medical issues so that is no problem for me. I work full time in person Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:15 pm. I'm happy to stay overnight and can have open availability on weekends to attend to your pets all day! I enjoy going on walks, playing, and just hanging out at the house with cats and dogs! I'm experienced with crating, giving medicine, and have taken care of mostly older pets.

I prioritize attention, safety, and communication so you feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for.
“Rikki did such a great job with our two dogs. Our German Shepherd takes a while to warm up to new people, and Rikki made her feel comfortable right away, and both of our dogs warmed up to her very quickly. Rikki provided several pictures from each of her checkins on the dogs, and let us know how they were doing while we were away. We were worried about our dogs being anxious, as this was our first time using Rover, but we could tell that they were calm and happy, which gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our trip. We will definitely be booking Rikki again!”

“Angela is the most thoughtful and attentive friend to our pups! Her warm friendly presence and consistent attention ease our worries while anway. I know the pups adore Angela, they’re always smiling in the pictures she shares!”

About: I’ve been taking care of animals for around 30 years. I have both fostered and owned animals as well as watched other. I have owned my dog since she was a puppy, so I have experience with younger dogs. I have helped family friends with their older dogs who need help moving around and cannot stay home alone. I have also long term fostered a special needs dog. I am an empty nester and when my children moved out they took their pets. I’ll be able to devote my time and attention to your pets as you need me to. During my previous time pet sitting I have stayed at the owner’s home as well as done 2-3 times a day check ins. When doing these I play by house rules. Crating a dog is not a problem as that is what I do with my own. I have pet sat for people who do and do not crate their animals.
“Mike was fantastic. He really showed that he cared for our pups. He was very communicative and spent a lot of time with our pups. I really appreciate that he took the time to get to know them before watching them. We will definitely try and have Mike watch them again the next time we are out of town.”
“Brooke was so attentive and sweet to our boy. I really appreciated her daily updates, it made me feel at ease knowing my four legged baby was so cared for. She was prompt and tidy and completely took the anxiousness out of finding someone to care for our dog while at work. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends in the area :)”

Holly Springs dog parents share their Rover experiences
Maria was wonderful caring for our two dogs on short notice for a weekend trip. She is an excellent communicator, and our dogs loved playing with her. We were able to enjoy our time away from home knowing they were in great hands. Will definitely request Maria again!

Natasha came right over at 11:30 at night when we had an urgent need for someone to check on our dog. She was great with him in an unplanned situation where things were not set up for success as I typically would have them, and even took a few minutes to clean up some of his mess from earlier in the evening. I’m so grateful to have someone reliable that I can call on in an emergency or planned absence!
