About: Since I was in high school, I’ve taken care of my friends’ and family members’ pets, anywhere from a few days long to a few weeks. I just moved here, so I’m readily available! About: I’ve been around and cared for dogs for years, including my own two dogs with very different sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable with puppies, larger dogs, feeding routines, walks, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and giving lots of attention and affection. As a teacher, I’m patient, dependable, organized, and used to following routines and specific instructions. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, so I’ll always treat them like they’re my own and keep you updated while they’re with me! During the school year, I work as a teacher, so I’m primarily available in the afternoons, evenings, weekends, and on school breaks. I’m happy to work pet care into my routine for walks, drop-ins, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. My schedule can vary, so I’m always happy to communicate with pet parents ahead of time to make sure I can meet their pet’s needs. I have two friendly dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe and comfortable while you’re away. My apartment community has a dog park for convenient outdoor and play time, and with owner permission, I also enjoy taking dogs to larger parks like Dorothea Dix and Lake Benson. I always follow each pet’s normal routine, personality, and comfort level. During boarding, your pet will get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and love, along with pictures and updates throughout their stay!

About: I have taken care of the family cat for 8 years, as well as embracing being a cat mom to 3 and welcoming all animals in my life. Although my strongest suit has always been cats, I have walked and fed, and even in some cases, tended to sick dogs throughout my life. After all, for 6 years I had wanted to become a veterinarian for a reason. I will always be a dog person and cat person, instead of rather just choosing one side of the debate. In the coming months, I will also become a dog mom as well! If paying through Rover is also an issue, I have Venmo, PayPal and Zelle if that would provide an easier process for my customers. I work as a freelancer photographer and model. My shifts usually are quite flexible and I would let you know ahead of time if I am available or not due to a potential wedding (I do wedding photography). I tend to my own pet’s needs comfortably while working from home so the more pets around, it honestly is a breeze. Having weekends off, I open the doors for anyone especially needing a house sitter. I am willing to move things around to be more compatible with your schedule. I have dealt with mostly indoor cats, yet it is important to point out that I have been recently training my own cat in outdoor exposure. With dogs, I will gladly take them on outdoor walks or if they prefer playtime indoors, I would happily cheer them up. I have helped care for a special needs dog while being with my partner so I know how to handle all walks of life.

About: I have not had a pet my whole life, but I have definitely loved them my whole life. Ever since I was little I took care of any animal I could whether it was my neighbor’s, aunt’s, grandma’s, etc. I jumped at the opportunity. I have been known as the friend who loves dogs but never had one and I would always be so excited to hangout with my friend and families pets. I would make sure to say hi to the dogs before my friends and give them so many pets. I have pet sat multiple times for cats, dogs, geckos, hamsters, and more. I have experience taking care of a diverse range of pets over a long period of time. I have been with Rover for three years now and have met so many new friends! I love the wide range of personalities I encounter and am always willing to adapt mine accordingly. I have done countless in house visits, walks, and overnight stays. I got my dog Toby (rescue) in 2020 during the pandemic and he has been my best friend ever since. Spending time with him is one of my favorite things to do and I just adore him. Dogs and cats are amazing companions and deserve to be treated like it. Like I said your pets are my passion and I will take the best care of any pet I encounter! Despite being a college student, I have a good amount of free time for any hobbies or plans and that includes taking care of someone’s pets! I have classes during the morning, but the rest of my weekdays are mostly free and weekends I am very open. I take care of pets with the most love and care ever, that is bare minimum for me. I love pets they’re so cute and sweet, I couldn't imagine treating them any differently. In client’s homes I listen to all instructions given and treat the dog in accordance to them. If allowed I will definitely give my client’s dog many pets and all the attention it wants!
