About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 15. I have always lived with pets since then too. I now have 1 dog and 3 indoor cats of my own. I volunteer at a cat shelter and watch my friends dogs or cats when they travel! I work Monday through Thursday, from 8:30-4:30. I have unlimited PTO and 3 day weekends. My schedule is also very flexible. I am able to come home early, or mid day easily. I go on walks three times a day with my dog, there is a enclosed dog park in my complex. I am able to crate my dog or your dog if needed. Pets are welcome to sleep with me in my room or bed. My goal is to make them feel comfortable.

About: I’ve been around and cared for dogs for years, including my own two dogs with very different sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m comfortable with puppies, larger dogs, feeding routines, walks, playtime, basic training reinforcement, and giving lots of attention and affection. As a teacher, I’m patient, dependable, organized, and used to following routines and specific instructions. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets, so I’ll always treat them like they’re my own and keep you updated while they’re with me! During the school year, I work as a teacher, so I’m primarily available in the afternoons, evenings, weekends, and on school breaks. I’m happy to work pet care into my routine for walks, drop-ins, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. My schedule can vary, so I’m always happy to communicate with pet parents ahead of time to make sure I can meet their pet’s needs. I have two friendly dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe and comfortable while you’re away. My apartment community has a dog park for convenient outdoor and play time, and with owner permission, I also enjoy taking dogs to larger parks like Dorothea Dix and Lake Benson. I always follow each pet’s normal routine, personality, and comfort level. During boarding, your pet will get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and love, along with pictures and updates throughout their stay!

I’m currently an online college student studying Elementary Education. My classes are asynchronous which allows me to work around your schedule! I am available in the morning, daytime, and evenings. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and grew up with dogs, cats, birds, fish, rodents, and farm animals. Caring for pets has always been a normal part of life for me, both through my own animals and through pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors. Over the years I’ve raised my own puppies and kittens, cared for senior pets, and managed medications and special care needs. One of my own dogs (German Shepherd Dog) was diagnosed with cancer at a young age, and I cared for him throughout treatment until he passed away at age four. That experience taught me how important consistency, patience, and close attention can be when a pet isn’t feeling their best. I also currently care for my senior dog who requires medication. Today I have a labradoodle that I’ve had since he was a puppy, two cats, and my senior dog. I take pride in training my dogs to be well-behaved and socialized. In addition to dogs and cats, as stated previously, I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals including lizards, snakes, chickens, rodents, fish, a sun conure parrot, horses, donkeys, alpacas, and pigs. I know every animal is different, and I do my best to learn their routines, personalities, and quirks so they feel comfortable while you’re away. Whether your pet is young and energetic, elderly, shy, or needs a little extra attention, I’ll care for them as if they were my own. I am a career biochemical scientist and lost my job in April. I am now having a blast working as a full-time stay at home mom. My 1 year old son also loves pets and would need to occasionally accompany me! I am available pretty much around the clock. I prioritize keeping pets on their normal routine as much as possible. I will follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any household rules you’ve established to the best of my ability. I know that consistency helps pets feel comfortable and reduces stress while their owners are away. In a client’s home, I will make sure pets receive plenty of attention, playtime, walks, potty breaks, fresh water, and companionship. I’m happy to send regular updates and photos so you know how they’re doing. In my own home, pets are treated like part of the family. I maintain a safe, clean environment and supervise interactions carefully. About: I have been taking care of pets my whole life. I have always have a love for all animals especially dogs and cats. I can’t wait to show you that your babies will be in great hands with me. I’m currently working full time, but I don’t start work until 12pm so I will have plenty of time in the morning to play and tend to your babies and I am off at 830 pm, so can always go back end of day to check on them again if need be! I will take the instructions of what you would like in your home and what your babies are most comfortable with, to try not to switch up their routines much.

We have had and have taken care of dogs all our lives and are looking forward to meeting and being able to take care of yours. During feeding time everyone is fed separately so no one has to worry about their food being eaten by someone else and made to feel like they have to guard it. We understand that leaving your furry family members can be a nerve-racking time, you just want them to be as loved and cared for as they are when they’re with you.. we will keep you updated with lots of photos to help reassure you and we encourage you to reach out as much as you need to!
