About: I've taken care of pets, more specifically dogs since I got my dog, and have cared for my best friend ever since. Recently I also got an adorable stubborn little huge puppy that I have love taking care of. I'm currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to take care of your best friends! About: Hey there! I’m Nikki, and the adorable doodle you see in the photos is, Bear… He is one loved pup and he certainly knows it (spoiled too)! Animals have always been one of my greatest passions. Growing up on a farm I was surrounded by many of all kinds. I’ve always been trusted with caring for family & friends pets, and Rover has been a great way to introduce Bear to some fur-friends of his own! I have experience working with puppies & those with a tad more energy than most, as well as caring for elderly pups who may require additional attention, including administering medication, vitamins, etc. During the work week, Bear and I go on walks in the morning and enjoy some much-loved playtime at the dog park located in our neighborhood. I work from the office Monday-Thursday and take an extended lunch break to allow time for a mid-day walk as well. In the evenings we typically do a longer walk around Lake Johnson, or head over to the big dog park at Lake Benson. We love being active outdoors! I tend to be a homebody on the weekends and the dogs in my care are rarely left alone, allowing for plenty of potty breaks and lots of extra love and attention! I have a large, open concept apartment, allowing the dogs full access to me at all times. There’s also a fenced in dog park located directly in our neighborhood... And a dog spa! When I do have to step out for a quick errand, I always ensure the pups are left alone in a safe environment, according to the needs of each dog (size, temperament, potty needs, etc.). My home is monitored by video cameras throughout the day to ensure the safety of the dogs in my care while I’m away at work.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 9. My friends, neighbors, and other family members have entrusted me with their furry friends! I have two dogs of my own. Allie is my sweet 10 year old beagle and Luke is my silly little (but big) 6 year old yellow lab. They have taught me how to have patience with dogs and to know when it’s time to play or nap. I have some level of pet training with having to train my dogs with simple commands from when they were puppies. I have dogs of different sizes that I also taught me how to take care of dogs of all shapes and sizes. I will love and care for your pets as well as attend to the environment around them. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and dogs who need a little more attention then others. I am committed to making not only your pet but also you feel comfortable and trusted with me. I am currently a part time employee at American Eagle so I will have plenty of time to play and hang out with your furry friends. I am also a student at UNC which allows me to create a flexible schedule to accommodate all of your pet’s needs. In my own home I care for my pets by playing with them, feeding them on time, taking them on walks after each meal and during the day to help them get exercise. I also care for my pets by being in the same room as them so that they feel loved. In a clients home, I strive to treat each pet as if it was my own, by providing for them the same as I provide for my dogs.
