“Jennifer and Yuri were amazing to have to keep my pet company while I was out of town. They were very communicative before and during my trip which allowed me to be able to fully enjoy my vacation knowing my fur baby was safe and in good company.”

“Emma did a really good job taking care of our three dogs! They were happy and healthy when we got home from our trip! She respected our home and left it the way she found it. She left good updates and took some cute pictures. Good job Emma!”

“Thanks Kaylie for your prompt assistance in picking up Max and taking care of him. You have been a great help, I would highly recommend you to all my friends for their pets care.”

About: I've taken care of my best friend's family's dogs for years now! I have done overnight care for them yearly and have occasionally pet sit for days for other people! I also have experience taking care of senior pets with extensive medical issues so that is no problem for me. I work full time in person Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:15 pm. I'm happy to stay overnight and can have open availability on weekends to attend to your pets all day! I enjoy going on walks, playing, and just hanging out at the house with cats and dogs! I'm experienced with crating, giving medicine, and have taken care of mostly older pets.
“Catie is hilarious and never fails to make me laugh on all her rover cards while I’m away! Most importantly, she’s flexible and accommodating with my wacky schedule.Super reliable 🫶🏽”

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have experience with dogs, cats, and small animals, and spent four years working as a Veterinary Assistant in Wilmington and Chapel Hill. I treat every pet as if they were my own, offering patience, safety, and lots of love. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and deeply loved while you’re away. I currently work from home running a small business. I do not work every day. I am flexible and available to help you out when needed. I have a Labrador Retriever and two senior, friendly domestic shorthair cats of my own. While you’re away, I care for your pets as if they were my own. I follow your instructions closely, keep routines consistent, and take time to understand each animal’s personality and needs. I like to keep a log for you on how they did and how things went for our time together. We have a nice sized home to accommodate your furry friend. Pets are allowed upstairs. We are happy to have your baby sleep on his or her bed in our room at night, or a crate if that’s what they are used to. Please supply your pet’s favorite bed or crate. Pets are allowed on the couch. We have a large, fenced back yard for those pups that like to sunbathe or sniff around during the day! I focus on calm, gentle care, plenty of affection (when welcomed), and making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m attentive to behavior, appetite, and overall well-being, and I communicate regularly so you have peace of mind. I have experience with senior dogs and cats, puppies and kittens and special needs pets through vet time experience and personal experience.
“Rachel was an amazing sitter for our Boxer. She spent lots of time with him at each visit and made sure to give him lolenry of exercise. We were updated at each visit with several photos. Bodie was very well taken , and I would absolutely recommend her services!”

“Kristina did an amazing job. You know someone is a cat person when the shy cats come out for her and ours did. Great communication and lots of lovely photos. We will be messaging Kristina to watch our fur kids in the future. Thank you!!”
“I’m happy that we found Lauren for a weekly dog walker. She’s reliable, a great communicator and animal lover. I have a challenging large dog and she’s doing a great job handling her on her walks.”

“Kelly did such an amazing job doing drop-ins for our 2 older dogs. One of our dogs has some quirks :) and Kelly made us feel so comfortable trusting the dogs into her care.”

“We loved have Kaitlyn check in on our cat while we were away. Always made sure to give him love with pats or treats depending on if he wanted to come out from hiding when she stopped by. We’ll definitely use her again in the future!”

About: I’ve been taking care of animals for around 30 years. I have both fostered and owned animals as well as watched other. I have owned my dog since she was a puppy, so I have experience with younger dogs. I have helped family friends with their older dogs who need help moving around and cannot stay home alone. I have also long term fostered a special needs dog. I am an empty nester and when my children moved out they took their pets. I’ll be able to devote my time and attention to your pets as you need me to. During my previous time pet sitting I have stayed at the owner’s home as well as done 2-3 times a day check ins. When doing these I play by house rules. Crating a dog is not a problem as that is what I do with my own. I have pet sat for people who do and do not crate their animals.

“Couldn't ask for better sitters. They took very good care of my girl with regular picture updates and quick responses. I came home to a very happy puppy. What more can you ask for?”

Holly Springs cat parents share their Rover experiences
Kristina did a wonderful job taking care of our boys. She was very communicative, took lots of pictures/videos, and completed all tasks. She went out of her way to try to get our scared boy to become more comfortable with her. We would hire Kristina for future trips!

My wife and I were amazed of the quality care John gave our cat Buki. I believe she was definitely given a very posh time in those short three days, and would truly recommend his drop ins again for she was very delighted that he spent that time with her. John was punctually on time, professional and caring of our fur baby. He left our place clean and spotless as well. A true gentleman indeed!

This was our second time having Heather take care of our cat with drop-in visits. She is very detailed, follows pet care guidelines, and communicates well. She is kind and caring to pets. I could tell that my cat, who can be skiddish, was very comfortable with her and well cared for.
