About: I’ve had a lifelong love for animals and have been lucky enough to have eight dogs throughout my life. Every pet I’ve cared for has been part of the family, and that’s exactly how I’ll treat yours. My own dog, Clay, has gone through both TPLO surgery and spinal cord surgery, so I understand the patience, attention, and specialized care that recovering and special-needs pets require. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, administering routines, and making sure pets are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. My background in law enforcement has taught me to be dependable, responsible, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Whether your pet is a playful puppy, a senior needing extra attention, or simply loves lots of walks and cuddles, I’ll tailor my care to their individual needs and routine. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away, while giving you peace of mind through regular updates, photos, and communication. Caring for animals is already a part of my daily routine. My own pets are family, and I plan my days around making sure they’re happy, healthy, and well cared for. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, cleaning up after them, or simply spending quality time together, I genuinely enjoy it. Because I have a flexible schedule, I’m able to provide dependable care and give pets the attention they deserve rather than rushing through visits. I understand how important consistency is, and I’ll do my best to keep your pet’s routine as close to normal as possible while you’re away. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions for feeding, walks, medications, playtime, and any other special needs or preferences. I know pets are often most comfortable in their own environment, so I make sure they receive plenty of attention, affection, and exercise while respecting their individual personalities and routines. I’ll also keep your home clean, tidy, and secure, treating it with the same care and respect I would my own. Communication is very important to me, so I’ll provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and in good hands.

About: I have grown up around animals and throughout that time have gained skills that help with sitting and with that it allows me to be a better sitter. I have been around all ages of cats and dogs my whole life and have been sitting regularly since I was thirteen. I’m currently in school and not very busy with classes, so I’ll be readily available to fulfill any petting sitting needs that are needed. I will usually check in and/or walk in the morning or in the evening. My dog gets walked twice a day at minimum because he tends to want to get that much energy out. This usually happens at night and I would be able to walk any dogs at the same level which I do mine.

About: I have been around animals my entire life and have experience caring for both dogs and cats. Over the years, my family has had five dogs and two cats, and I currently help care for three dogs. Last year, I raised my own Australian Shepherd puppy, which gave me firsthand experience with puppy training, exercise routines, and daily care. In addition to caring for my own pets, I frequently walk a neighbor's dog and regularly pet sit for my parents when they travel. I also have experience assisting with Rover visits, occasionally filling in for my mom when she is unavailable. Through these experiences, I have become comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, and ensuring pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I understand that every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I strive to provide the same level of care and attention that I would want for my own pets. I'm currently home for the summer while attending college, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the day. I do work a few evening shifts at a local restaurant, but they're typically only about five hours long, and I'm home by 9:30 PM at the latest. This gives me lots of time to provide attentive care, visits, walks, playtime, and updates. I'm committed to making sure every pet gets the attention and care they deserve! Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, feeding schedule, and any special instructions so they can stick to what's familiar. During every visit, I'll make sure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, plenty of playtime or affection (if they want it!), and I'll always double-check that doors, gates, and windows are secure before I leave. I also love sending photo updates so you can feel confident knowing your pet is happy and well cared for while you're away.

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have experience with dogs, cats, and small animals, and spent four years working as a Veterinary Assistant in Wilmington and Chapel Hill. I treat every pet as if they were my own, offering patience, safety, and lots of love. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, cared for, and deeply loved while you’re away. I currently work from home running a small business. I do not work every day. I am flexible and available to help you out when needed. I have a Labrador Retriever and two senior, friendly domestic shorthair cats of my own. While you’re away, I care for your pets as if they were my own. I follow your instructions closely, keep routines consistent, and take time to understand each animal’s personality and needs. I like to keep a log for you on how they did and how things went for our time together. We have a nice sized home to accommodate your furry friend. Pets are allowed upstairs. We are happy to have your baby sleep on his or her bed in our room at night, or a crate if that’s what they are used to. Please supply your pet’s favorite bed or crate. Pets are allowed on the couch. We have a large, fenced back yard for those pups that like to sunbathe or sniff around during the day! I focus on calm, gentle care, plenty of affection (when welcomed), and making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m attentive to behavior, appetite, and overall well-being, and I communicate regularly so you have peace of mind. I have experience with senior dogs and cats, puppies and kittens and special needs pets through vet time experience and personal experience.

About: I have cared for pets my entire life, as I have grown up surrounded by them. I have extensive knowledge about their care and also possess basic veterinary knowledge. In addition to giving them baths, I know how to trim their nails and, on some occasions, I can also groom their hair. I can adjust to the care schedule that best fits your needs. I believe it’s especially beneficial for your pet to go for a walk in the morning and in the evening, since those are times when they often have the most energy. I also find it very important to dedicate around 30 minutes exclusively to training, to help develop their learning skills and overall growth. Depending on the owner’s preferences, different activities and moments with the pet can be planned. For example, if it’s a pet that can only stay indoors, I would likely focus on indoor activities and spend plenty of quality time with them. On the other hand, if outdoor activities like walks or trips to the park are possible, I can easily adapt, as I love walking and believe it’s important to let pets safely explore their surroundings. That’s why I consider it very valuable to give pets the opportunity to go outside and enjoy the world.
