“Hillary was amazing! I would use her over and over again! She always made sure to send me updates and pictures of Bella and Arnold and they both look like they were having an absolute blast! It’s nice to feel at ease when you’re away that your babies are taken care of and Hillary definitely does that! I would not hesitate twice about booking with Hillary!❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾”

“We love having Amber take care of our cats while we’re away! It’s so nice having peace of mind that she takes care of them so well and that they get all the love, attention, and care that they would get from us. Thanks again Amber!!”

“I have booked many rovers and have been a rover myself and Caroline is top tier. Perhaps the best I’ve ever booked with!! She was so communicative and would leave the sweetest messages after each visit. I hate leaving my cats but I felt so much better knowing Caroline was checking in on them and giving them all the love!! Thank you so much Caroline!!”

“Monica was so wonderful with all 3 of my cats while I was gone for 10 days. She made sure they got lots of attention, followed all instructions left to a T, and even brought in our mail! I was so comfortable while traveling knowing that my cats were well cared for. Her detailed updates and photos each day allowed me to enjoy my vacation without worry.”

“Jessica was awesome and sent the best pictures of our kitty while we were out of town! Great communication and so easy to work with. We've already re-booked her to check in on our cat during our next trip!”

“Gwen cared for my two kitties as if they were her own. She was able to notice a change in behavior of my 16 yo cat and alerted us in time to help her. She stayed with her until we were able to make arrangements to come home early. My cats really liked her too- which is highly unusual. Would 100% recommend Gwen and would entrust our pets care to her again.”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. I have experience with caring for puppies, and more elder dogs. During Covid, my roommate and I started fostering dogs. We fostered an old sweet yellow lab, 2 puppies with worms and that were to be neutered, and a rambunctious pit bull that suffered from separation anxiety. For the last 4 years, I’ve been formally dog walking and pet sitting. I travel for a lot for work so I’m not able to have a pet of my own, but I’m more than happy to walk and care for yours! My schedule is quite all over the place, so feel free to reach out and I’ll try to accommodate! I’m a nurse and I work three days a week, so the rest of the week I’m fairly available! I won’t be able to offer overnight boarding or sitting at my residence, but Im more than happy to commute to yours! I can walk your dogs, play with them, try to reinforce good habits, just let me know what you’re looking for!
“Bailey was fantastic! 🐾 We booked her to stop by twice to check on our pups, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, dependable, and made us feel completely comfortable knowing our little hooligans were in good hands. Our dogs gave her two paws up… and since they don’t have thumbs, that’s basically a standing ovation. 😂 Thank you, Bailey, for taking such great care of our crew! We’d happily book with you again and highly recommend you to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets like family. 🐾🩵🐾🩷”

“Vanessa took such great care of my two cats!! I really appreciated getting to meet her before leaving my girls in her care. Vanessa had great communication and took many photos which gave me peace of mind while I was away. I highly recommend Vanessa and plan to contact her again for future pet sitting! Thank you!!”

About: I have been pet sitting since I was 16 for friends, family, family friends, etc. I am willing to pet sit for dogs of any age from puppy to senior! I am especially experienced with senior aged, as I have a senior dog of my own! Mostly Summer availability ! I am a college student who is always home for the summer (early May to mid August) ! I am very much a homebody so 9/10 I will be available during the Summer period. My college campus is not far from the triangle area so I am typically available on weekends while I am in college as well. Your pets are my priority when pet sitting so I will follow any instructions given to the best of my ability. If your pet has any accommodations such as needing a diaper/ help going to the bathroom, a specific dietary need, medication, etc, I will gladly take care of them! Keeping your house clean is also important, so any accidents (including barf) are no problem.
“Kasey gave excellent care to my cat while we were out of town. It was also on a Holliday and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Our space was clean when we got home, and our cat fed and happy. Couldn’t ask for a better rover and would highly reccomend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Erica was wonderful. She took great care of our puppies, and provided lots of communication on how each drop in visit went. We will definitely have her watch them in the future!”

“Maria is the best! Our cats who are typically shy and bashful were almost instantly drawn to her, she took the extra time to make sure they were both happy and well taken care of. She updated us with lots of photos and gave very detailed notes of her visits. We will absolutely go to Maria for our future pet sitting needs! Thank you again!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
To find sitters in New Hill with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.
