“Tori and her family took such great care of our small older dog who has some health issues including med administration needs and occasional pain due to previous cancer. Everything from getting holly to their home (Tori last minute offered to pick Holly Up and this was a godsend because our trip was last minute and we were trying to coordinate many other things) to start her visit to pick up and updates in between were great. Her sons are very gentle and natural animal lovers so that was not any concern even though our dog generally prefers calm environments. I can’t recommend Katsiaryna enough! Simba can get pretty anxious when he’s in a new environment and away from his normal routine, but she and her family went above and beyond to make him feel safe, comfortable, and loved. They spent so much time playing with him, taking him on walks, and giving him plenty of belly rubs and attention. It was so reassuring knowing he was being cared for like he was part of their family. I could tell he was happy and well cared for, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Simba, we would absolutely book with you again!
