They even took the time to do a video call with us so we could see him while we were away. They also have two very sweet dogs of their own, and our dog had so much fun playing with them. It was comforting to know he had company and wasn't lonely while we were gone. From all the updates, it was clear he was happy, well cared for, and having a great time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely book with them again!
I can’t recommend Katsiaryna enough! Simba can get pretty anxious when he’s in a new environment and away from his normal routine, but she and her family went above and beyond to make him feel safe, comfortable, and loved. They spent so much time playing with him, taking him on walks, and giving him plenty of belly rubs and attention. It was so reassuring knowing he was being cared for like he was part of their family. I could tell he was happy and well cared for, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Thank you for taking such amazing care of Simba, we would absolutely book with you again!
