I am a dog lover! I grew up in a pet-friendly house and cannot imagine a home without a pet. My family has two rescue dogs, and I lived with a labrador for 15 years. And sadly we recently lost him. We love having dogs around. I am an Associate Professor at NC State University and I work mostly from home. My neighborhood is also pet-friendly and quiet. We have a five-year-old who also grew up with dogs and knows how to behave around them. As long as your dog is good with kids they are always welcome in our home. I know dogs are family and your dog will be a part of our family too. I look forward to hosting your dog soon.

Tugce and her family were so welcoming and took great care of our dog while we were away for a weekend. We got regular updates and pictures and she texted if she had any questions! We will definitely reach back out next time we need care for our dog!
Tugce and family take very good care of Bella. We get daily updates with a calm looking dog. We have used Tugce as a sitter several times and will use her again.

From our first meeting, our dog extremely happy to meet Tugce and her family. Our dog made herself right at home, and we felt like she was welcomed right in. We enjoyed receiving the updates and photos throughout the weekend. We would definitely consider having them watch our dog again!
Tugce and her family were wonderful with my dog Macklin. This was her first time watching him and the experience was very positive and left me feeling at ease during a long trip. She is flexible, communicative and took great care that im super appreciative of.
Tugce took amazing care of our dog sending updates and photos daily. She went out of her way to ensure he had everything he needed to feel safe and comfortable. We would certainly recommend and hope to have her pet sit again if needed.

Schedule
I'm mostly working from home so your dog will spend most of their time with me. We can go for a walk at least twice during the day.

Safety, trust & environment
Large home, nonsmoking, no cats or other animals present. We have a little backyard for emergency bathroom breaks. We also have a fenced outdoor place where your dog enjoys their time. We do not allow dogs to be upstairs where we sleep.
A typical day
I usually walk around the neighborhood. We can also go to the dog park near our house or walk (or run) the Tobacco Trail! Or play the ball around the neighborhood.
