My dog, Sadie, had a wonderful week with Erin and her family as well as her dog Chewy. Erin did an amazing job providing updates on Sadie and sending photos. She is extremely easy to work with and is very caring and loving. Erin's dog Chewy is a very sweet dog and Sadie enjoyed his company. I would highly recommend Erin and will definitely reach out to her again to schedule a visit for Sadie.
This was our first Rover experience. Emma was wonderful! She took care of our Barkley while we were out of town for a week. She was so patient with him as he still does have puppy energy. Communication was great and she provided daily updates. We would love to have Barkley be under her care again if she would have us!

Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Green Level home-away-from-home, packing:

- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.

You and your Green Level sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
