This was our first time using rover. We have a very fearful dog, Tuli, who requires a well managed environment and a lot of time/space. Paul was great and we are so grateful he took a chance on Tuli. It was not easy, but he was patient and within a few days Tuli was nuzzling up to him and seeking contact, which was huge for us. Paul was very communicative and patient with us as well, who were nervous about her progress especially at the start of the stay. We look forward to using Paul again!
Shan Shan was absolutely wonderful with my dog! She only takes one dog at a time, so her attention is always on your dog & her one dog, so they get a lot of personalized attention. She gives regular communication, along with pics & videos, so you know how your dog is doing throughout their stay. I feel very confident & comfortable trusting Shan Shan & I will definitely use her again!
Melanie took very good care of our Boys, Mack and Archie. Plenty of love, attention and walks! Great feed back each day. Quite a comfort when we were away! Melanie has two dogs who are very friendly and she only takes two guest dogs, so this worked very well for us…all got along famously! Will book with Melanie again!

Jenna was easy to communicate with and flexible when I needed changes made to the dates! She did a great job taking care of Scooby and went above and beyond for her!
