We couldn’t be happier with the care our dog Nala received! From the moment we met Dana, it was clear she genuinely loves animals and treats them like family. She kept us updated throughout the stay with photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. One of the sweetest parts was seeing how well Nala got along with her dog, Marvel. They became such good buddies and would even snuggle together for naps, which was absolutely adorable and made us feel even better knowing Nala was so comfortable and happy there. Nala came home relaxed, happy, and clearly very well cared for. Communication was always prompt and professional, and scheduling was easy. Claire is just wonderful. She loves my dogs. You can tell. She gives them treats, fresh water, outside time, and joy rides to the park. Polina was great with our dogs! This is the second time she took care of my dog Charley and the first time for my dog Millie! Millie is the slightly more challenging one and I am so happy with how well Polina took care of her! She regularly sent updates, pictures and videos and we really appreciated that since we were gone for more than 2 weeks!
