We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about PeiShan! She went so far above and beyond anything we could have ever expected from a dog sitter. Unfortunately, our dog became quite sick while we were away, which turned what should have been a routine stay into a much more complicated situation. She handled everything incredibly well. She took him to the vet multiple times, carefully followed all the vet’s instructions, monitored him closely, and was extremely proactive about his care, paying attention to every little detail. The communication was also amazing. PeiShan kept us updated constantly with detailed messages about how our dog was feeling, eating, behaving, and what was happening with his vet visits. We never had to chase her for information or wonder what was going on. Even though we were far away and obviously extremely worried about him, knowing that she was there and taking such good care of him was very reassuring. PeiShan showed so much patience, kindness, responsibility, and genuine concern for our dog. She handled a very stressful situation that required far far more time and effort than anyone could reasonably expect from a sitter, and she did it all with such care. We came home feeling incredibly grateful, and now our dog is recovering well. We recommend PeiShan to anyone who wants exceptional care for their pet.

So nice and accommodating! I dropped my dog off last minute and he was having a rough first 2 days adjusting on the fly but PeiShan was very helpful with providing updates and taking care of him!
