I share my home with an 8 y.o. border collie who is friendly with other dogs and enjoys long walks and naps. We also have a calm 12 y.o. cat who is used to dogs and mostly keeps to herself. I live in an apartment with a dog park and walking trails nearby, so your pup will get plenty of fresh air and outdoor time every day. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so pets are never left alone and get lots of attention throughout the day. I'd love to take great care of your dog while you're away! We typically go on 4 walks: a 15–20 minute morning walk to start the day, a 15–20 minute midday break, a longer evening walk around 6 PM (30–40 minutes), and another walk around 9 PM. Growing up, I had two Pomeranians who were like siblings to me — one of them still lives with my mom, and visiting her always reminds me how much joy a dog brings into a home. Over the years, I've cared for many of my friends' dogs across every life stage, from playful puppies to gentle seniors, and somehow they always warm up to me quickly. I think it's because I see every dog as their own little person, with real feelings and needs. I pay close attention to their moods, never leave them alone too long, and treat them with the same respect I'd give a human friend. I currently work from home, so my schedule is very flexible. Your pup can get 3+ walks a day on the large grassy lawn right outside my building, and since we have an elevator, I'm happy to host senior dogs or pups with mobility issues — no stairs to worry about. I work from home full-time, which means I'm with the dogs almost all day — they're never alone for long stretches. My schedule is very flexible: I can take 3+ walks a day, fit in midday play sessions and feeding times, and easily accommodate medication schedules or special routines. I'm available for boarding any day of the week, including overnights, and happy to send photo and video updates throughout the day so you always know how your pup is doing. My home is a clean, quiet, and pet-friendly apartment with a spacious layout and plenty of natural light. Right outside the building is a large grassy lawn, perfect for daily walks, sniff time, and play — and we have an elevator, so seniors or pups with mobility issues don't need to worry about stairs. About: I volunteered at animal shelters in Antibes and Beziers (both in France), working with a lot of different breeds and ages. From puppies to elderly dogs; i adjusted to the needs of dogs. I even fostered a german shepherd that was abused and malnourished, until he found a living family that lived on a farm. I am present for dogs and know that each dog needs special care and attention. My goal is to ensure parents of furry children can go in trips and vacations without concerns. I work from home, and do a minimum of 3 walks a day (depending on the weather) for a minimum of 6 miles per day. Additionally, I can take breaks at any given time if they need to go out or play for a few minutes. Our pets are never left alone for less than 30 minutes per day, and usually it’s them taking a break from us. We have a fenced yard and 2 full size crates. Our kids are used to pets and very kind to them. The pet beds area are in our living room, under the fireplace; and in the master bedroom. About: Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I have almost always had a dog in my home, and was responsible for feeding, bathing, walking, and loving on my animals. I’m an active volunteer at the Wake County Animal Center, where I routinely walk dogs of all backgrounds and sizes. I do have a black lab at home who is a big sweetheart and is great with other animals. I just quit my full time job to pursue a startup business that will occupy a lot of my hours but will be fully at home. I have a dog at home who I walk 2-5 miles each day in between meetings to refresh myself and give her stimulation and fun! I have a fenced in yard with lots of great smells, as we are surrounded by trees. We have a black lab named Dixie who is always excited to show her new friends her backyard toys. I also am a big walker and enjoy taking dogs walking in my neighborhood for a mile or two at a time. I do not walk multiple dogs together, as I want to give each dog what they need from their outside time. We are very social people and routinely have friends come by the house. My dog loves extra love but we are happy to accommodate the needs of your fur baby while they are with us!
