During our most recent booking I had to add several last minute drop in visits due to some unforeseen circumstances and Sabrina was more than willing to be helpful in an already stressful situation! She has been great to work with and my cats love to see her as well.

I’m so happy to have Lorraine close by to check on my cats. We have a new cat who is very shy with strangers but she warmed up to Lorraine very quickly. Lorraine also gave us a lot of extra help getting our house ready for some surprise company that arrived before we got home from our trip.
Sarah was fantastic! She took great care of my 2 dogs and cat while I was away and I am extremely happy with her work. Sarah communicates well and she is very responsive. This was my first time leaving my cats with a stranger, and Rachel couldn’t have been a better pick for it. We arranged a meet & greet a few days prior so she could get the lay of the land and let the cats warm up to her. One of my cats hides from new people, the other lashes out. Rachel somehow made them both feel safe enough to be present and curious - the snippy one even genuinely liked her by the end of it! Each morning and night I looked forward to her Rover cards, and really enjoyed watching my babies get more and more comfortable with her.
