Jess was excellent with communication and sent daily updates and photos of the babies. I was able to fully relax and enjoy my vacation knowing they were in such good hands. It’s also clear that Jess truly loves animals. She cared not only for our cats, but also for the neighborhood stray cats, and even adopted one of the sweet strays and gave him a loving home. Jess left a wonderful gift bag for the cats, and we came home to happy, well-cared-for babies and a clean house. Faith is always incredible with all of our pets (we have quite the crew with lots of personality and one cat with special needs and also normally scared of other people). All of our pets LOVE Faith and I always know they are in loving hands when we need to leave them behind. Our nervous cat who needs medication remembers her even after months and is so comfortable and outgoing with her, which just melts away all the scaries of leaving!
