I would give Lauren 6 stars if I could! She is beyond attentive to detail and sent us sooo many pictures of our cats each day. The night we left I was worried that I forgot to leave my spare key out for her and she was kind enough to stop by and check on the cats & key for me before her rover visits even started! Hope took wonderful care of my bunnies during her drop-in visits, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She made sure they were fed daily, gave them lots of love and attention, kept their litter box clean, and sent photos along with timely updates so I always knew how they were doing.
