About: I love all animals and am dedicated to their care! I have rescued many pets, including my own dog and 2 goats. Your fur baby will not be left out from all the fun at my house as I have plenty of time to play with your pup, I can be relied on to care for your pet as my own!! I am currently working part time, 5 mins from where I live- schedule is flexible most days leaving plenty of time for ur furry friend! I am home in the morning, evening and throughout the day to take care of my own pets along with yours! Unfortunately I do not have a fenced in yard, but it’s a big yard! I keep a watchful eye on my dog while she does her business and leash her for longer walks, same for your dog- wanderers definitely leashed full time outside. I can easily provide your dog with a crate if needed/ its own room with a couch and plenty of toys to play with! My cats and dog are fed twice a day and have water available to them 24/7!

I began in my neighborhood when I was in middle school, and over the years, I became well-acquainted with my neighbors and their pets. Several continue to hire me to this day. I have experience with dogs, cats, and many exotic species. I'm particularly fond of reptiles and have a leopard gecko. I am patient and calm, so elderly and shy animals tend to do well with me. Respecting an animal's boundaries (while ensuring they are properly taken care of) is very important to me. Most recently, I worked with Pet Butler and received over twenty 5-star reviews while employed by them. I do freelance work from home and make my own schedule, so I can accommodate my clients easily. When house-sitting, I spend the majority of my time in the client's home, prioritizing that pet's schedule while doing other drop-in visits during the day if possible. I offer drop-in visits and house-sitting at my client's home. I am very detail-oriented and read instructions before each job, regularly referencing them while getting to know the routine. Safety is very important to me, so for any pet visit, there are some basic protocols I follow. I do not use retractable leashes and keep a spare in my car in case a client does not have a standard leash.

At home, we have five cats: one 16-year-old geriatric grump and four energetic “crazies” ranging from 3–5 years old. Each has a unique personality, but all share a love for food and plenty of belly and head rubs. I specialize in cat care, as cats are often misunderstood as being “easy.” While some are, others require more attention and emotional support—something I know firsthand. Cats, like people, can experience separation anxiety, stress, and even depression when their routines change. My own cat, Chuck Roast, is a perfect example and always needs extra care when I travel. This has taught me how important it is to understand and respect each cat’s individual needs and personality. While cat care is my specialty, I also have experience caring for dogs.
