About: Hi! My legal name is Diana, but I prefer to go by Joey. I grew up with pets of all kinds, and have been pet-sitting for over ten years. I began in my neighborhood when I was in middle school, and over the years, I became well-acquainted with my neighbors and their pets. Several continue to hire me to this day. I have experience with dogs, cats, and many exotic species. I'm particularly fond of reptiles and have a leopard gecko. I am patient and calm, so elderly and shy animals tend to do well with me. Respecting an animal's boundaries (while ensuring they are properly taken care of) is very important to me. Most recently, I worked with Pet Butler and received over twenty 5-star reviews while employed by them. I do freelance work from home and make my own schedule, so I can accommodate my clients easily. When house-sitting, I spend the majority of my time in the client's home, prioritizing that pet's schedule while doing other drop-in visits during the day if possible. I offer drop-in visits and house-sitting at my client's home. I am very detail-oriented and read instructions before each job, regularly referencing them while getting to know the routine. Safety is very important to me, so for any pet visit, there are some basic protocols I follow. I do not use retractable leashes and keep a spare in my car in case a client does not have a standard leash.
About: What sets myself and my partner David apart is the genuine love, experience, and daily presence we offer every pet we care for. My partner and I work from home daily which means your pet gets plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. We share our home with our friendly energetic 1.5-year-old Doberman, who loves making new friends, and we've both had pets our entire lives. We tailor care to their unique needs and personality. With us, your pet won’t just be looked after—they’ll be loved. Pet care fits seamlessly into our daily routine. I work remotely full-time, and my husband David works hybrid, which means me of us will always be home and available throughout the day to give pets the attention, love, and care they need. We love having animals around and enjoy including them in our daily lives—whether that’s playtime, walks, or just relaxing together. With our playful 1.5-year-old Doberman and a lifetime of experience caring for pets. We create a calm, consistent environment they can feel safe in. Your pet’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We provide a secure, pet-friendly environment with a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and potty breaks. Our neighborhood is quiet and perfect for daily walks, and there’s a dog park just half a mile away for pups who love to play and socialize. Our own dog—a friendly and playful 1.5-year-old Doberman—loves having company and gets along well with others. You can trust that your dog will be cared for in a loving home where they’ll feel safe, engaged, and treated like part of the family.
“Kim is very friendly, courteous and polite. My dogs immediately took a liking to Kim and showed her how comfortable they were with her while holding them in her arms. As soon as my dogs were placed on Kim's lap, they stopped barking (usually a constant barkers) and became calm. Kim's secure, loving affection she conveys has a valuable impact to my dogs' temperaments.”

“Brittney took great care of our pittie, was very responsive and proactive in reaching out over text while we were gone, and was very attentive when our boy broke out due to allergies. I’d highly recommend!”

About: Hey there! I've loved animals my whole life, and I'm excited to get the chance to make friends with your furry loved ones! I'm also the proud parent of a deaf & partially blind dog, plus a feisty cat, so I know how to make sure your pet gets the special attention it deserves. Whether it's a quick check in, a quiet stroll through the neighborhood, or something more adventurous like a nature trail (Eno River is just a quick drive away!), I'm happy to help accommodate all your pet needs. With almost 20 years of customer service experience, I know how important building trust is, especially with pet owners and their furry family members, and I'd love to be the person you reach out to when you need reliable pet care. I work from home and have a good amount of flexibility throughout the day and on weekends. I'm also up before the sun rises on most weekdays if there are any early pet care needs you might have. First and foremost is making sure your pet feels safe and loved - in whatever form that takes! If they're happy and you're happy, then I'm happy.

About: As someone who is hardworking and detail-oriented, I feel that I am up to the task of caring for all kinds of pets. From a young age I've worked with dogs, cats, small rodents, and even horses! Some even call me the "animal whisperer." Grooming, walking, playing, feeding, providing fresh water regularly, giving medication orally or with food, overnight stays, and cleaning up after animals are some of the tasks I've performed throughout my time caring for these beloved fur friends. I'm free every day of the week, preferably any time after 10 AM but also willing to negotiate times of care that fits both you and your pet's needs! I make sure to respect other's property and belongings when housesitting or petsitting for pet parents. Keeping spaces clean, tidy, and how I found it is something I find to be important when given the trust of others to be in their spaces. I'm always willing to learn and adapt to your pet's needs, environment, and behaviors.
