About: I’m a licensed attorney and an animal lover at heart. I grew up surrounded by animals, in a home with a dog and four cats. I frequently care for my neighbor and friends’ pets when they are out of town, and have two cats of my own. I also have 3 years of volunteer experience at a no-kill animal shelter, and am comfortable giving medications and handling any special health or behavioral needs. I have experience caring for dogs that require frequent potty breaks due to age or medical condition; as well as those with Arthritis, recovering injuries, or other mobility concerns. Similarly, I have cared for cats of all ages and temperaments, including those with medical vulnerabilities (seizures, kidney disease, cancer, incontinence issues). I have also worked with former ferals, and am happy to care for those who may be especially shy or anxious around unfamiliar faces and disrupted routines. I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust look after your pet. I value reliability and communication, and strive to provide the upmost care. I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I work fully remote, so I have plenty of flexibility when caring for your pets. I update my calendar frequently, and am happy to work with your schedule. During housesits, I will make your home my base camp so pets will not be left alone for extended periods. I will be sure to communicate with you to ensure your expectations for drop in visits or house sitting are fully met. I’m here for any special care requests. I’ll check in after each drop-in session with plenty of photos of your pet and a rundown on the visit. I typically provide two updates mid-morning and evening each day while house sitting. I always include detailed information about your pet’s activity and behavior, along with lots of photos and videos documenting the day. However, I am happy to provide updates at your preferred frequency. I am always available and responsive during visits should you have any questions or requests.

About: **Update** I have transitioned since opening this account and unfortunately at this time Rover does not allow me to update my name or other information. I go by Eli now. This in no way impacts the care I will give your animals but I want to respect peoples right to make informed decisions about who they allow in their homes. I will not tolerate hateful comments or behavior directed towards me however. I have been around animals my whole life big and small. I attended the Tarpon High School's Veterinary Assisting program and graduated as a certified veterinary assistant. Since then I have worked with horses, dogs, cats, pigs, birds and a few rodents. I do lots of training with my own high drive dogs and would love to bring some fun trick training, puzzles and general enrichment to your dogs life! I am currently working a full time day job so my availability is restricted to evenings and weekends at this time. I would love to give your dogs some extra attention during your busy weekends or weeknights. I am a safety freak! I double check all collars and harnesses for proper fit before leaving the house. For fenced in backyards I always double check that gates are latched before lettings dogs out. I will make sure any toys are size and age appropriate and do not pose any danger to your dog. My dogs are my family and I will treat yours with the same love and care.

About: Hi! My legal name is Diana, but I prefer to go by Joey. I grew up with pets of all kinds, and have been pet-sitting for over ten years. I began in my neighborhood when I was in middle school, and over the years, I became well-acquainted with my neighbors and their pets. Several continue to hire me to this day. I have experience with dogs, cats, and many exotic species. I'm particularly fond of reptiles and have a leopard gecko. I am patient and calm, so elderly and shy animals tend to do well with me. Respecting an animal's boundaries (while ensuring they are properly taken care of) is very important to me. Most recently, I worked with Pet Butler and received over twenty 5-star reviews while employed by them. I do freelance work from home and make my own schedule, so I can accommodate my clients easily. When house-sitting, I spend the majority of my time in the client's home, prioritizing that pet's schedule while doing other drop-in visits during the day if possible. I offer drop-in visits and house-sitting at my client's home. I am very detail-oriented and read instructions before each job, regularly referencing them while getting to know the routine. Safety is very important to me, so for any pet visit, there are some basic protocols I follow. I do not use retractable leashes and keep a spare in my car in case a client does not have a standard leash.

About: I've had a dog in my life for the past 17 years and have loved every second of it. Dogs truly are god's gift to man, and I try to do everything in my power to allow them to have the most engaging and enjoyable experiences possible. For the past year and a half, my family has been fostering dogs until they are adopted. Because of this, I have experience watching over and entertaining all kinds of different breeds of dogs with different attitudes and levels of energy, usually multiple dogs at once. With the services I offer (house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking) I will make sure each dog gets individual attention, proper care, and of course loads of affection. I enjoy playing with dogs, cuddling with dogs, wrestling with dogs, playing fetch with dogs, taking them to dog parks, and anything else they could possibly desire. When taking care of your dog, you can be confident that your dog will be in a loving and fun-filled environment. I am currently working full time as a graduate student so my schedule is skewed toward weekend booking starting Friday afternoon/evening through Sunday evening. That being said, I am able to make exceptions depending on the specific situation, so please feel free to reach out if you are at all interested! I'm only able to offer pet car in the client's home at this time. However, I strive to ensure pets are as comfortable at home with me as they are with their owners, and try to re-create the home schedule that they are used to with their owner, including meal times, walks and bathroom break, and cuddle and play time. I make sure to keep owners in the loop with pictures/videos and 1-2 updates per day. Additionally, I strive to leave the home as clean and tidy as when I arrived, so the owner wouldn't even know I was there.

About: I’ve loved animals my entire life and grew up caring for pets. I’m always the person drawn to the animals at any gathering and go out of my way to greet every pet I meet. I’m the proud owner of three rescued cats, giving me hands-on experience with different personalities, routines, and comfort needs. I’ve also previously worked as a pet sitter at a hotel, where I provided reliable, attentive care and ensured pets felt safe and at ease while their owners were away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and aim to provide loving, dependable care you can trust. I’m working to pay for one of my cat’s upcoming surgery, which makes me especially grateful for the trust families place in me. I currently work mornings, allowing me to provide pet care in the late afternoons, evenings, and on weekends. I’m dependable and do my best to accommodate each family’s scheduling needs. As a cat mom myself, I know how deeply pets are loved and that they are truly family. I treat every pet in my care as if they were my own, making their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being my top priorities. I take time to build trust, follow routines closely, and provide plenty of patience, affection, and reassurance while you’re away. While in your home, I create a calm, clean, and secure environment where pets feel safe and loved. I communicate openly with families through regular updates and photos so you always feel connected and confident in your pet’s care.

About: I’ve pet sat my friends animals, and they’ve had so many! Senior dogs that have accidents and have behavioral issues. Exotic pets, of many kids. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. I can bathe the animals depending on behavior, my right leg doesn't haven't as much feeling since surgery and cant handle a lot of big pressure.

Ashley was amazing! She took great care of my three kitties and sent photos and sent a little report each time. One of my cats usually never comes out when other people are in the house, but she showed herself just for a min which is enormous! I highly recommend Ashley and will be using her again in the future!

About: I have been around animals since I was born and started taking care of them and tending to their needs when I was five. I lived at Camp Lejune for four years and for two of those years, I was relied on to tend to some of the house pets around base. I worked as mostly a dog sitter, but i have worked with cats and even a ferret! As of right now, I am working with the ice cream company Alsies as a driver, though I am looking for a better & more stable schdule and hope to find that through Rover or different job. I usually am gone for about 5-8hrs, but as if an animal requires around the clock care, i will place them in front of Alsies as they're flexible right now as they have employeed too many people and not enough trucks. As i cannot take an animal into my own home, i will either do drop-ins or do an overnight stay. After meeting the animal, i would visit and if i’m doing a drop-in, i’d stay up to an hour (or more, if needed or requested) and help the animal get its energy out and eat! if i’m doing an overnight stay, i’d keep to a schedule that is discussed before or during the animal meet.
