I make sure that their food is good for their stomach, their daily exercise if playing outside with a normal dose of petting and grooming. I recently got off of medical leave so I have started short nightly walks and we work out together to stay happy and healthy. I am a big night owl so I love watching my dogs snore about. A safe home is one your pet recognizes as the pack den. I care for all pets with repetitive training, health care checks, grooming, and dental care as long as they will let me. I love to make a home pet safe by avoiding choking hazards and loose cables. (Mainly because my guinea pig is a little menace). Medications are taken with timers and usually snuck into foods. I like keeping basic training habits are maintained so that the pets do not unlearn anything their humans have taught them.
About: Most of my experience is with dogs of friends or co-workers. I generally keep their dogs at their place where they are most comfortable and take them out frequently for walks/runs or whatever they'd like to do. So long as the dog is house trained and not on the "forbidden breed list" at the apartments I stay, they are welcome to my home too. I've sat a Pointer/Dalmation mix, Maltese mix, Shepherd mix, Chow Chow, Boxer, Cane Corso, and 2 Weimaraners in the past. My fulltime job is a nurse, and I only work 36 hours a week.
