“Anabella has been great. She is attentive to the dogs and has patience with one of our pets that takes a long time to warm up to others. We’ve had a scheduled routine and she’s very reliable.”

About: I grew up taking care of my family dog that we had for 13 wonderful years. I have been dog sitting for many years and have also volunteered at animal shelters in the past. My partner and I own a home in Hillsborough, where we have a large, fenced-in yard for our own pups, Reggie and Echo, to enjoy. Reggie is excitable and has a loud voice, and though he doesn't always know how to contain that energy, he's a lovebug who just wants to play with anyone and everyone. We've had a number of dogs here to stay with us, including a 12-week-old puppy, and he loves them all! We recently got him a little sister, Echo. After a 2-hour adjustment period, they were fast friends and snuggling as they napped! She's also a sweetheart and is working on learning good manners. Reggie and Echo spend most of their time traipsing around the back yard and napping in the sun. I work from home, so your dog can get plenty of supervised playtime! I can also send plenty of pictures during your little one's stay if you'd like! Let me care for your sweet pup when you are away from home! I work from home full time, so your dog and mine will have plenty of supervised care and time to play and explore the backyard! We live on an acre, and the back half is completely fenced in with a 5 ft fence to keep all pups safe and contained!
“Kat is such a patient and friendly lady. She’s great with dogs and very responsible when walking my dog. She even brought a raincoat for my dog on rainy days which is so considerate. I’ll definitely come back again to her if I need someone to take care of my dog in the future. :))”

“Sarah was a life saver for us! A last minute unexpected need for a walker came up, and Sarah was so kind to lend a hand with my leash reactive dog. She was amazing with Schpoozi in handling his special needs, and showed up when she said she would. Dependable, responsible and sweet, what more could you ask for? Highly recommended!”

“Jessica helped out with an unusual request and saved me from abroad! She was flexible and clearly knew how to keep a dog happy and safe in transit! I appreciate all the help and care!”

About: In addition to owning 2 dogs (who now live with my parents), I have dog sat for years. Walking, feeding, and bathing are a part of my normal practices. I love to hike with dogs if you're interested! I'm working from home for the summer, so I'm available to take care of your pet any time you need! I also have a car, so I will be able to drive to you or anywhere you need. I have a large backyard and live right down the road from Morreene Road Park. I also have a screened-in porch that I can sit in with your pet while I work.
About: I enjoy animals of all kinds, and I understand seeing pets as family members. I have been primary caregiver for many pets over the years, from aquarium fish to parrots to large dogs. I have (with professional guidance) trained puppies and cared for elder dogs. My work schedule is generally flexible and mostly remote, so I believe I can accommodate most needs. Advance notice always helps but I can likely handle last-minute requests as well. I am not able to host any pets but I am available for pet-sitting, check-ins, and dog-walking. Above all I try to care for people's pets as they would. Information about your pets' routines, dietary and medical needs, training, etc., is always appreciated. I am alert to what pets communicate about their needs and feelings. I generally believe in positive reinforcement and addressing issues before they become problems.
“Caleb took such great care of our dog! He did walk visits and drop-in visits and was on time for all visits and very responsive. We will definitely use Caleb again in the future!”

“Yuji took amazing care of our pups and they had so much fun on their walk with him!! Wonderful attentiveness to their distinct personalities, needs and comfort. Can't wait for our next walk with him!”
“Dana came through for us on a holiday weekend, when we had a different cancellation. She was responsive and friendly in communication, and take great care of our two large Newfies!”

About: I’ve been a pet mom for over 25 years while raising my five children. Since losing my loyal companion 2 years ago and empty nesting, I am ready to shower love and care to your beloved pet. There’s nothing like the unconditional love of a pet and I can’t wait to meet your furry companion! I am currently a companion to my 90 year old mother and am home every day. I can easily incorporate care for your pet into our very flexible schedule. I can offer walks, play and companionship to your pet and visits to dog parks if they like to play with other dogs. Deck available at home- yard is not fenced in. Beautiful walking area around the lake behind our home.
