About: I grew up taking care of my family dog that we had for 13 wonderful years. I have been dog sitting for many years and have also volunteered at animal shelters in the past. My partner and I own a home in Hillsborough, where we have a large, fenced-in yard for our own pups, Reggie and Echo, to enjoy. Reggie is excitable and has a loud voice, and though he doesn't always know how to contain that energy, he's a lovebug who just wants to play with anyone and everyone. We've had a number of dogs here to stay with us, including a 12-week-old puppy, and he loves them all! We recently got him a little sister, Echo. After a 2-hour adjustment period, they were fast friends and snuggling as they napped! She's also a sweetheart and is working on learning good manners. Reggie and Echo spend most of their time traipsing around the back yard and napping in the sun. I work from home, so your dog can get plenty of supervised playtime! I can also send plenty of pictures during your little one's stay if you'd like! Let me care for your sweet pup when you are away from home! I work from home full time, so your dog and mine will have plenty of supervised care and time to play and explore the backyard! We live on an acre, and the back half is completely fenced in with a 5 ft fence to keep all pups safe and contained!

About: I have cared for a wide variety of dog and cat breeds over the last 10+ years. I love pets of all sizes and energy levels. I can walk dogs and pet sit as needed! I am flexible with time on most days of the week and afternoons/evenings every day. My weekends are usually completely open so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet! You will get lots of pictures of your pet while I am watching them. I am gentle, patient, reliable, and trustworthy. I have experience with watching multiple pets at one time.

About: I have been taking care of different types of dogs since I was young. Friends, family and others have relied on me to walk, feed, and watch their dogs over night in their own home. I’m currently working part time and I am a part time student, but they are different days so I have plenty of time with your pup or pups! During housesits, I will make your home my base camp so pets will not be left alone for extended periods. I’ll check in after each drop-in session with plenty of photos of your pet and a rundown on the visit. I typically provide two updates mid-morning and evening each day while house sitting. I always include detailed information about your pet’s activity and behavior, along with lots of photos and videos documenting the day. However, I am happy to provide updates at your preferred frequency. I am always available and responsive during visits should you have any questions or requests.

About: I’ve always lived with animals. I’ve had cats and dogs, I also have worked with horses! I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, horses and chickens. I have a full time job as a teacher, so summers I’m the most available! During the summer, I can pet sit as long as you need! I can easily crate your dog if needed. A fenced in backyard is perfect for your pet to roam while we play outside! I’m able to operate an automatic feeder and water.

I strive to maintain a clean space and comfortable for my pets where they can relax and follow their usual routines with no worries. I maintain consistent feeding schedules, provide daily exercise and playtime, and ensure their safety by always supervising. They have designated rest areas (although I do allow animals on furniture), plenty of enrichment activities/toys, and lots of affection of course! I also have a large yard where my dogs love to run around and play with toys (when outside, they are always supervised) and a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walks! I am always keeping my eyes on them, making sure they are healthy, eating/drinking, and exercising correctly. In a clients home is a bit different as this is not my personal space. I tend to follow the routine/schedule exactly as written and complete the usual duties such as feeding, walking, playtime, waste/litter cleanup, etc. I keep the home clean, ensure safety over the property and animals, and provide regular updates and photos to owners during each visit. I always double check and make sure all pets are comfortable, safe, and have everything they need in their space before I leave.

About: I’ve had animals of many kinds from tiny to huge growing up. I’d normally house sit for family and friends until I decided to join the Rover crew. I enjoy house sitting as I’ve realized pet are usually more comfortable in their own homes. I have the ability to bathe, walk, feed, and of course play with your pets! I am a part time college student doing majority of my classes online. For the time being my schedule is an empty open book waiting to be filled! I have a huge soft spot for making your pets the happiest they can be while they are with me! If they enjoy the car, cuddling up for a movie, stores, parks, or even just being in the backyard you name it and I’d love to make it happen! They will always be my #1 priority and will be in the best hands.

I have two dogs - a Maltese who is now 16 and a Pomeranian mix who I adopted who is now 13! I also have a cat that belongs to my sister that I am currently taking care of. I love animals and always have. I am very comfortable with pets of all sizes. I especially love taking dogs on walks! About: I enjoy animals of all kinds, and I understand seeing pets as family members. I have been primary caregiver for many pets over the years, from aquarium fish to parrots to large dogs. I have (with professional guidance) trained puppies and cared for elder dogs. My work schedule is generally flexible and mostly remote, so I believe I can accommodate most needs. Advance notice always helps but I can likely handle last-minute requests as well. I am not able to host any pets but I am available for pet-sitting, check-ins, and dog-walking. Above all I try to care for people's pets as they would. Information about your pets' routines, dietary and medical needs, training, etc., is always appreciated. I am alert to what pets communicate about their needs and feelings. I generally believe in positive reinforcement and addressing issues before they become problems.
