About: I grew up having a dog and a cat (plus a rabbit, fish, hamster, gerbils, and a guinea pig)! I always had a love for animals. During my young adult years I housesat for multiple different families. When I had young children, I continued to do drop in visits and we had dogs come stay with us. As a homeschool mom, I have plenty of time in my day to come visit with your pet! I look forward to serving in Person County since we recently moved to the area! We are able to board now that we have moved into our new house. We prefer non shedding dogs. We prefer to take one dog at a time but depending on the situation, we may be open to taking two. Your dog must get along with other dogs. We have a 4 year old female goldendoodle. She has gotten along with every dog we have watched thus far. Your dog must also be friendly with kids. We have an 8 year old and 12 year old who love dogs! We require you to bring your dog for a meet and greet before boarding to make sure it is a safe environment for all of us! About: I’ve pet sat my friends animals, and they’ve had so many! Senior dogs that have accidents and have behavioral issues. Exotic pets, of many kids. Every morning, I fill the cat and water bowl in my room, weekly I clean the bowls. For my dogs, whenever my parents don’t feed them cause they are out, I feed them and fill their water. I brush their coats, and try to give them baths every few weeks or so! However the pet parents would like, but I care for what is best for their health. I understand each pet is different and needs different things. I can bathe the animals depending on behavior, my right leg doesn't haven't as much feeling since surgery and cant handle a lot of big pressure.

About: Most of my experience is with dogs of friends or co-workers. I generally keep their dogs at their place where they are most comfortable and take them out frequently for walks/runs or whatever they'd like to do. So long as the dog is house trained and not on the "forbidden breed list" at the apartments I stay, they are welcome to my home too. I've sat a Pointer/Dalmation mix, Maltese mix, Shepherd mix, Chow Chow, Boxer, Cane Corso, and 2 Weimaraners in the past. My fulltime job is a nurse, and I only work 36 hours a week.
