About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who would so excited to meet your furry family members! I have been pet sitting and dog walking since I was ten years old and caring for animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I am also a proud dog and cat mom, so I know firsthand how much our pets mean to us and how important it is to have someone you can trust to care for them while you are away. During my undergraduate years at Tulane University, I volunteered at an animal shelter in New Orleans, where I helped walk and care for shelter dogs. I also had the opportunity to work with service animals through my university, which gave me additional experience understanding the importance of patience, consistency, responsibility, and following each animal’s individual needs and routines. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UNC-Chapel Hill. I’m responsible, dependable, patient, and compassionate, and pet sitting is something I genuinely enjoy doing outside of school. Whether your dog needs a good walk and some zoomies, your cat wants some attention (or prefers to pretend I don’t exist!), or your pet simply needs someone to stop by and keep them company, I’m happy to help! 🐾 What I can help with: - Dog walking & exercise -Cat & dog check-ins - Feeding & fresh water -Playtime & cuddles - Cleaning up after pets - Medication assistance when needed 📸 Photos & updates so you know your pet is happy and doing well I’ll always take the time to learn your pet’s routine, personality, and preferences. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away. I’d love to meet you and your furry friend! I have a flexible schedule and am happy to work with your pet’s needs! I’m available for check-ins and visits anytime on weekends. During the week, I am completely available on Fridays and can usually accommodate morning and evening check-ins Monday–Friday, with the exception of Wednesdays, when my availability is more limited. I’m happy to coordinate a schedule that works best for you and your pet’s routine! 🐶🐱 I believe pets are happiest and most comfortable in their own familiar environment, which is why I provide in home check-ins and care at your pet’s home. I will always respect your space, follow your instructions carefully, and make sure your pet’s routine stays as consistent as possible while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. I take the time to learn your pet’s personality, habits, and needs so I can provide thoughtful, attentive care. I’m comfortable following specific feeding schedules, exercise routines, and care instructions to help your pet feel safe and relaxed. As a lifelong pet owner and experienced pet sitter, I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member and your home. I’ll provide updates and photos during visits so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and cared for. I do not offer boarding in my own home, but I’m happy to provide reliable, loving care where your pet feels most comfortable—at home.

About: I've been pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family since I was 16 and have been around dogs my entire life. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and other pets of all ages and personalities. I have volunteered with animal rescues since I was 12, fostered numerous dogs and cats, and am comfortable providing basic medical care, including oral medications, eye drops, injections, and subcutaneous fluids when needed. I treat every pet like my own and focus on keeping them happy, safe, and comfortable while you're away. Whether your pet needs lots of playtime, extra patience, or specialized care, I'm dependable, attentive, and genuinely love spending time with animals. I'm currently taking online classes during the summer, which gives me a flexible schedule to care for your pets. In the fall I will be returning to in person classes, however my schedule will still allow me to be a reliable care giver for your pets and satisfy all of their needs! I understand that trusting someone with your pets and home is a big decision. I treat every home with respect and follow your pets routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable while you're away. I am experienced in administering oral medications, eye drops, some injections, and fluids when needed. Whether your pet loves to play, needs extra patience, or requires special care, I'll provide reliable, attentive care and keep you updated with photos and messages throughout each visit.

About: I have several years of experience caring for pets of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior pets who need a gentler touch. I’ve also spent plenty of time with cats, understanding their unique personalities and making sure they feel comfortable and at ease. I’m skilled at providing personalized care, whether it's helping a puppy learn basic commands, supporting a senior pet with unique needs, or giving cats the special attention they deserve. My compassionate approach ensures every pet feels safe and loved while in my care. As a college student with summer break approaching, my schedule is opening up, giving me plenty of flexibility to dedicate time to pet care. Even during the school year, I balance my part-time job with pet sitting, walks, and drop-in visits. I’m great at managing my time and making sure each pet gets the attention and care they need. This summer, I’m especially excited to have more availability for daytime and evening visits! I provide dog walking and pet sitting services in the comfort of your home, where pets feel most relaxed and comfortable. I prioritize safety and trust by following each pet’s care instructions and keeping a watchful eye on their well-being. Thomas did an excellent job walking and giving our dogs attention. We have a pittie and hound dog mix. Both can be high energy at times and Thomas walked both of them together with ease. He also gave them play time in the yard if they still had energy. I really appreciated his use of the report card, attaching photos and notes for the day. I was at total ease during my business trip. Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
