Alessandra is great dog walker. She understands my dog very well and takes the time to give him extra love and not just walk him. The updates are very thorough and she communicates so well with everything that’s going on. I’m really glad that I was able to find a really trustworthy and patient person like Alessandra.

About: I have been pet sitting dogs (of all sizes and with various abilities and health concerns) and cats since I was 9. I have two cats of my own in Briar Chapel, so I cannot take animals into my own house. However, I am in close proximity to all Briar Chapel homes, making it easy for me to drop by and feed or walk your animals. I am willing to stay overnight in your home if that is what you would prefer. Walking is my favorite exercise, and I'm happy to take your dogs for long walks, regardless of the weather. I have received medical and behavioral training (as a clinical psychology student), which could make me a good fit for animals with health or behavioral concerns. I also am happy to take care of any other animals you may have, as I have experience with frogs, turtles, snakes, and fish. I also have a big car, so I can take animals to the vet or to other places around town if you need it. I have an extremely flexible schedule. I can come take care of your pets multiple times a day on weekdays and weekends. I am happy to visit your home at whatever times your preferred feeding and walking schedule requires. Because I live in Briar Chapel, I am in close proximity to all Briar Chapel homes, making it easy for me to drop by and feed or walk your animals. About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember! I’ve cared for pets of all ages and personalities, from playful puppies to gentle seniors. There’s truly no animal I don’t love. My schedule is really flexible throughout the week, and I’m more than happy to work around other people’s availability as best as I can. I truly enjoy making things as convenient as possible so that we can connect without any stress! Upon first meeting I try to the understand the pets emotionally and what their needs may be. Having four animals myself I have learned how each animal can have varying needs and expectations, and how to best work with the pet. Ultimately, I love animals more than anything and would love to be able to help whenever or wherever needed!

About: I've been taking care of pets for over 40 years! I started with a bunny and then a golden retriever puppy who grew fast and was full of energy (I'd occasionally be called to the office in elementary school when he'd break loose to get him from outside and take him home! lol)! As a mom, I helped my children learn to care for various pets - my favorite being chickens. I look forward to using my lifelong love for animals and experience in caring for them to help others when they aren't able to care for their own!! My schedule is not set, so I'm very flexible! After working in the financial industry for years and then working in education, I've been a GIG worker for quite a few years now, so have learned to juggle various things. In NC, I have a fenced yard, and in FL stay in an apartment. I will take great care of any pets I get the pleasure of spending time with!

Hillary is the absolute best person I've ever used to walk lucy. She's responsible, funny and super caring. Definetly felt like I was texting with a friend the whole time she helped out. She communicates very well and everything she does is out of her heart for the love of the animal. I will definetly be using her again and you should too!. Lucy misses her already I'm sure.

About: I have had a passion for caring for animals since I was very young. My family has had three dogs, and I helped raise and train each of them. Also, my childhood dog lived to be 14 years old and helped to take care of her as she got older. No matter what kind of pet, I love getting to know the personality of each animal and to see how they are. I am currently working as a preschool teacher with a flexible evening schedule. I am off on Fridays and have lots of free time on the weekends. I love to spend time outdoors, which would work perfect to take some walks with your sweet dogs! I would love to learn about your schedule and how to best take care of your pets! Whether it is taking walks, following a schedule, or specific feeding schedules, I am passionate at creating a space where both you and your pet feel comfortable.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life and pet sat for family and friends dogs through middle school and high school. During college and a little after I fostered puppies and dogs who needed special attention. I have a two year old miniature dachshund. I work four on call shifts a week. The days I work change on a week to week basis so feel free to message me to see if i’m available that day/time. I give each dog the care and attention they need and deserve. I take my dogs on walks and my little dog loves to play fetch and go swimming. I have experience giving dogs medication from my time fostering puppies in college.

About: I've been caring for dogs and cats since I was a child and have experience with pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities. Growing up around animals taught me how to provide attentive care, including feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is to provide dependable, loving care and give pet parents peace of mind. I have experienced with administering medications, anxious, and reactive pets. Pet care has always been a natural part of my daily life. I enjoy spending time with animals and make time each day to feed, walk, play, and provide companionship. My schedule is flexible enough to accommodate pet visits and walks while maintaining a consistent routine, so pets receive the attention and care they need. I prioritize each pet's safety and comfort by carefully following the owner's instructions and maintaining their normal routine. I make sure doors, gates, and windows are secure, keep potentially harmful items out of reach, and closely monitor pets during walks and playtime. I also pay attention to each pet's behavior and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owner is away.

About: Isabella is an independent contractor for the local "Walk & Wag" pet services company, in addition to having her own freelance clientele with Rover. Background check & driving record approved! P.S.: Her pet pictures tend to be with one hand holding the phone and the other a leash (or 3!). While she's not always able to fit in the frame, she's smiling behind the camera. ___________ Isabella has lived in the RDU area for most of her life and has been caring for neighbors’ pets since she was old enough to fill a water bowl and walk her own West Highland White Terrier, Bonnie. Isabella regularly volunteers with Orange County Animal Services’ Dog Day Out Program and previously fostered a wide variety of dog breeds while living in Washington, DC. She finds great joy in caring for Chapel Hill’s beloved pets and being part of the local community. In her free time, Isabella enjoys hiking, backpacking, browsing local bookstores, and spending time with friends. She also speaks fluent French and conversational Russian and Spanish. Isabella earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from American University and a Master’s degree in International Security from the Paris Institute of Political Studies. Now back in Chapel Hill, she's working remotely & thrilled to be surrounded by trees – and animals – once again. Her schedule is flexible and largely adaptable to her furry clients' needs, including ones that pop up last-minute (so never be shy to ask!). In clients' homes, Isabella treats both the pet and their safe space with as much respect as she'd hope for herself. Ensuring lockboxes are properly secured, fences closed, and individual pet needs are met is essential. It's equally essential for pet owners to know that the extra step is being taken to keep your pet safe and cared for, so regular communication and photos are standard on every service.

About: Hey, my name is Tiffani! I've been taking care of my own pets since I was about ten years old. Along with that, I have been pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors for about the same amount of time. I currently have two dogs, Draco and Rhino, who are both pitbulls, so I have experience caring for big dogs. Although I do not currently have a cat, I have experience caring for cats and kittens and would be thrilled to take care of your furry friend. I will provide a wide variety of services, including walks/potty breaks, feeding, playtime, administering medication if needed, and overnight in-home sitting. I am also happy to help with basic grooming, such as brushing and keeping your pet’s area tidy. My goal is to tailor my services to each pet's needs, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. As for my availability, I am in college and work part-time, but my schedule is still very flexible. That means I can stop in for quick visits, hang out for longer play sessions, or even stay overnight if your pet needs extra company. Making sure your pets feel happy, safe, and loved is always what matters most to me! While I am currently in school, working part-time, and volunteering at an animal sanctuary each week, I am very comfortable managing a busy schedule. In addition to caring for my own pets, feeding, walking, playing, and of course, cuddling, I am more than happy to fit your pets into my routine. Whether your pet needs an hour-long walk or overnight care, I am flexible and prepared to accommodate their needs. My dogs get along very well, even though they were introduced to each other a few years apart. However, they must be fed separately to prevent any fights or food stealing. I also have experience caring for dogs who cannot be in the same space together. Because of this, I am fully capable of handling specific care requests, whether that means feeding pets separately or maintaining a safe distance between them for their safety.
