Hillary is the absolute best person I've ever used to walk lucy. She's responsible, funny and super caring. Definetly felt like I was texting with a friend the whole time she helped out. She communicates very well and everything she does is out of her heart for the love of the animal. I will definetly be using her again and you should too!. Lucy misses her already I'm sure.

About: I have been pet sitting dogs (of all sizes and with various abilities and health concerns) and cats since I was 9. I have two cats of my own in Briar Chapel, so I cannot take animals into my own house. However, I am in close proximity to all Briar Chapel homes, making it easy for me to drop by and feed or walk your animals. I am willing to stay overnight in your home if that is what you would prefer. Walking is my favorite exercise, and I'm happy to take your dogs for long walks, regardless of the weather. I have received medical and behavioral training (as a clinical psychology student), which could make me a good fit for animals with health or behavioral concerns. I also am happy to take care of any other animals you may have, as I have experience with frogs, turtles, snakes, and fish. I also have a big car, so I can take animals to the vet or to other places around town if you need it. I have an extremely flexible schedule. I can come take care of your pets multiple times a day on weekdays and weekends. I am happy to visit your home at whatever times your preferred feeding and walking schedule requires. Because I live in Briar Chapel, I am in close proximity to all Briar Chapel homes, making it easy for me to drop by and feed or walk your animals. Alessandra is great dog walker. She understands my dog very well and takes the time to give him extra love and not just walk him. The updates are very thorough and she communicates so well with everything that’s going on. I’m really glad that I was able to find a really trustworthy and patient person like Alessandra.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember! I’ve cared for pets of all ages and personalities, from playful puppies to gentle seniors. There’s truly no animal I don’t love. My schedule is really flexible throughout the week, and I’m more than happy to work around other people’s availability as best as I can. I truly enjoy making things as convenient as possible so that we can connect without any stress! Upon first meeting I try to the understand the pets emotionally and what their needs may be. Having four animals myself I have learned how each animal can have varying needs and expectations, and how to best work with the pet. Ultimately, I love animals more than anything and would love to be able to help whenever or wherever needed!

Klaudia has been great with my anxious rescue! She lets my dog set the pace and so my dog has been learning to trust her, which is huge and doesn't always happen with new walkers. Klaudia is very communicative and has been a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to more walks with her!

About: Isabella is an independent contractor for the local "Walk & Wag" pet services company, in addition to having her own freelance clientele with Rover. Background check & driving record approved! P.S.: Her pet pictures tend to be with one hand holding the phone and the other a leash (or 3!). While she's not always able to fit in the frame, she's smiling behind the camera. ___________ Isabella has lived in the RDU area for most of her life and has been caring for neighbors’ pets since she was old enough to fill a water bowl and walk her own West Highland White Terrier, Bonnie. Isabella regularly volunteers with Orange County Animal Services’ Dog Day Out Program and previously fostered a wide variety of dog breeds while living in Washington, DC. She finds great joy in caring for Chapel Hill’s beloved pets and being part of the local community. In her free time, Isabella enjoys hiking, backpacking, browsing local bookstores, and spending time with friends. She also speaks fluent French and conversational Russian and Spanish. Isabella earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from American University and a Master’s degree in International Security from the Paris Institute of Political Studies. Now back in Chapel Hill, she's working remotely & thrilled to be surrounded by trees – and animals – once again. Her schedule is flexible and largely adaptable to her furry clients' needs, including ones that pop up last-minute (so never be shy to ask!). In clients' homes, Isabella treats both the pet and their safe space with as much respect as she'd hope for herself. Ensuring lockboxes are properly secured, fences closed, and individual pet needs are met is essential. It's equally essential for pet owners to know that the extra step is being taken to keep your pet safe and cared for, so regular communication and photos are standard on every service.

About: What sets me apart is my focus on creating a true bond with your pet, not just checking in. My goal is to spend quality time with your furbaby so they feel loved, secure, and happy while you’re away. I bring experience caring for both playful puppies and senior pets with special needs, and I adapt my approach to match each pet’s unique personality. Whether that means patient training, gentle senior support, or simply lots of cuddles and playtime, I make sure your pet feels at ease. When you return, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your companion has been cared for with love, and your pet will greet you happy, healthy, and stress-free. I am currently working remotely, so I can do overnights in the client's home with reliable internet and twice-a-day visits/walks for both dogs and cats. I'm available to provide care in the client's home by providing the following: Start with an initial consultation with the pet owner to discuss their pet's routine, dietary requirements, medical history, behavior, and any specific instructions or preferences. Feeding and Watering Follow the pet owner's instructions regarding feeding schedules, portion sizes, and dietary restrictions. Ensure that fresh water is always available for the pet. Exercise and Playtime. Engage in physical activities and playtime to keep the pet active and mentally stimulated. Take dogs for walks or play games with them in the yard, depending on their needs. Bathroom Breaks Take dogs outside for regular bathroom breaks according to their usual schedule. Clean and dispose of waste responsibly. Medication Administration. Administer any prescribed medications as per the pet owner's instructions. Ensure the pet receives their medication on time.

About: Hey, my name is Tiffani! I've been taking care of my own pets since I was about ten years old. Along with that, I have been pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors for about the same amount of time. I currently have two dogs, Draco and Rhino, who are both pitbulls, so I have experience caring for big dogs. Although I do not currently have a cat, I have experience caring for cats and kittens and would be thrilled to take care of your furry friend. I will provide a wide variety of services, including walks/potty breaks, feeding, playtime, administering medication if needed, and overnight in-home sitting. I am also happy to help with basic grooming, such as brushing and keeping your pet’s area tidy. My goal is to tailor my services to each pet's needs, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. As for my availability, I am in college and work part-time, but my schedule is still very flexible. That means I can stop in for quick visits, hang out for longer play sessions, or even stay overnight if your pet needs extra company. Making sure your pets feel happy, safe, and loved is always what matters most to me! While I am currently in school, working part-time, and volunteering at an animal sanctuary each week, I am very comfortable managing a busy schedule. In addition to caring for my own pets, feeding, walking, playing, and of course, cuddling, I am more than happy to fit your pets into my routine. Whether your pet needs an hour-long walk or overnight care, I am flexible and prepared to accommodate their needs. My dogs get along very well, even though they were introduced to each other a few years apart. However, they must be fed separately to prevent any fights or food stealing. I also have experience caring for dogs who cannot be in the same space together. Because of this, I am fully capable of handling specific care requests, whether that means feeding pets separately or maintaining a safe distance between them for their safety.

About: I have had a passion for caring for animals since I was very young. My family has had three dogs, and I helped raise and train each of them. Also, my childhood dog lived to be 14 years old and helped to take care of her as she got older. No matter what kind of pet, I love getting to know the personality of each animal and to see how they are. I am currently working as a preschool teacher with a flexible evening schedule. I am off on Fridays and have lots of free time on the weekends. I love to spend time outdoors, which would work perfect to take some walks with your sweet dogs! I would love to learn about your schedule and how to best take care of your pets! Whether it is taking walks, following a schedule, or specific feeding schedules, I am passionate at creating a space where both you and your pet feel comfortable.
