“Charlotte came in clutch when I booked a couple of days before my trip. She was friendly and trustworthy. I only have cats and they don’t need any care other than attention, since their food and litter are automatic. It’s possible that this led Charlotte to think I didn’t want updates about the cats. Day 1 of 2 I reached out to check in and I heard from Charlotte that Meatloaf did not respond well to her the first visit—hissed but did not become aggressive—but that he warmed up to her on visit 2. Definitely will set up introductory visits each time which I have learned will avoid this issue. Charlotte stopped responding after the first day, so I have no way of knowing how the second day of visits went. I was pretty worried about whether Meatloaf was mean to her or if the cats were being checked on. I’m not even sure if she saw my shy second cat at all—just any more communication would have been good. I don’t want to tank any ratings if my cats were a problem but I have no idea what happened.”

About: Hello!! My name is Lauren. I have such a love for dogs and have had dogs in my house my whole life. I had a 12 year old border collie mix named Lucy who passed away and was my soul dog. I have walked dogs and dog sat around my neighborhood growing up since I was 12 years old. It was my first job and I did it all throughout high school and college. I love to exercise so if your dog is energetic they are in luck! I also love older dogs, my dog was older too. I am very flexible and organized. I will keep your house clean and your dog happy. I have been doing this job for a while and love it. I would love to care for your pup! I am an RN so I only work 3 days a week. The other 4 days I have plenty of time to walk and hangout with your pup! I care for pets in my home by always having play time and allowing them amble time to go outside and get there energy out. I also love going on walks and always will take your dog for a walk.
