About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who would so excited to meet your furry family members! I have been pet sitting and dog walking since I was ten years old and caring for animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I am also a proud dog and cat mom, so I know firsthand how much our pets mean to us and how important it is to have someone you can trust to care for them while you are away. During my undergraduate years at Tulane University, I volunteered at an animal shelter in New Orleans, where I helped walk and care for shelter dogs. I also had the opportunity to work with service animals through my university, which gave me additional experience understanding the importance of patience, consistency, responsibility, and following each animal’s individual needs and routines. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UNC-Chapel Hill. I’m responsible, dependable, patient, and compassionate, and pet sitting is something I genuinely enjoy doing outside of school. About: I've been pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family since I was 16 and have been around dogs my entire life. I engaged Hannah for a couple of hours of pet sitting—a drop-in visit—this past weekend. She was responsible, punctual, responsive, and respectful of our house rules. My two knuckleheads, both Pittie mixes, warmed to her steady, calm manner right away. When I returned home, they were excited to see me for about 30 seconds before going back to their usual business: napping. When Hannah said goodbye, they watched her walk away and gave me that unmistakable “Why is she leaving us?” look.
