“Charlotte came in clutch when I booked a couple of days before my trip. She was friendly and trustworthy. I only have cats and they don’t need any care other than attention, since their food and litter are automatic. It’s possible that this led Charlotte to think I didn’t want updates about the cats. Day 1 of 2 I reached out to check in and I heard from Charlotte that Meatloaf did not respond well to her the first visit—hissed but did not become aggressive—but that he warmed up to her on visit 2. Definitely will set up introductory visits each time which I have learned will avoid this issue. Charlotte stopped responding after the first day, so I have no way of knowing how the second day of visits went. I was pretty worried about whether Meatloaf was mean to her or if the cats were being checked on. I’m not even sure if she saw my shy second cat at all—just any more communication would have been good. I don’t want to tank any ratings if my cats were a problem but I have no idea what happened.”

While I do work full-time, my schedule is very flexible since I work with college students. It’s far from a traditional 9–5, which allows me to accommodate morning and evening visits with ease. I also have plenty of availability on weekends for extended time with pets in your home or welcoming them into mine. I’ve been pet sitting for most of my life and truly love making sure each pet feels safe and comfortable in their own space. About: I am a big animal lover and have worked with dogs, cats, and horses. I have experience with dogs from all walks of life, from training puppies to caring for sick seniors. I’ve had many dogs in my life, each of which had a big impact on who I am today. I am dedicated to providing exceptional care for your pet, as I know all too well how important they are! I currently work a hybrid, mostly remote, schedule and have flexibility to care for dogs during the work day. I am also flexible before/after work hours. I take dogs on walks and runs as requested. I always keep dogs on the leash and make sure to assess the temperature and pavement for paws. I also make sure to adhere to client's requests when watching a pet in their own homes.

I have experience caring for my own animals throughout my life as well as fostering animals while they waited for their forever homes.
