I gave much thought about this post as I do not like to give bad reviews, but as you have options in who to hire and I found my experience to be so extremely disappointing, I had to post. The only positive things I can say, are my dogs are alive and my house was not burned down. I gave clear direction (verbal and written) on how trash should be handled as everything has to be stored until being taken to the recycle center, but there was complete disregard for my instruction. Apparently, my drawers had been gone through, I know this because clothes were hanging out when she closed them, and in my office, she left items on my desk and did not even bother to shut the drawer. Some small items are missing, perhaps they got shuffled to another location as she went through my items, but I think I am being generous with that thought. Dirty (full of crumbs and grease) cookie sheets were returned to the cabinet without being washed. I always had to ask, sometimes twice, to receive pics of my pups. These forementioned items were the tip of the iceberg. I do not believe it is necessary to go into the more grievous matters as they just make me angry again and I have been trying to move on past this nightmare. This review should be enough warning to hopefully assist you with choosing a (different) house sitter.

Charlotte took great care of our two german shepherds while we were gone for a week!! She sent lots of pictures of the pups too.

Charlotte was fantastic taking photos of the drop-ins with Willow and answering any questions I had.

Charlotte was professional, fun, and so sweet with the dogs. She listened to our details and sent us pictures and notes so we would not worry. Our pups loved her! Highly recommend her and will ask her to sit again!!
