I highly recommend Heather to anyone who needs someone to lovingly look after their pup!”

“Shy looked after my anxious dog, Gunner, for a five hour sit. I would definitely have her back - she arrived on-time, has a lovely calming energy about her, and followed care instructions. Gunner adored her and clearly didn't want her to go, whining at the door as she left. Thank you, Shy!”

I live near Southern Village and Cole Park in south Chapel Hill, and I've spent years pet sitting for local farms, friends, and family. After retiring from Law Enforcement in 2019, I now work part-time as a floral designer, indulging my love for all things beautiful. But my biggest joy comes from caring for fur-babies like yours! Whether it's cuddles, playtime, or a leisurely stroll, I'll ensure your pet feels loved and well-cared for in your absence. I can't wait to meet you and your furry friend! Contact me today to schedule a meet-and-greet." "Available 24/7, I welcome last-minute drop-offs. With a flexible schedule, your pet's needs are my priority. Contact me anytime for reliable and loving care." Thank you! I have a large townhome with plenty of space for multiple pets. I can provide walks around the neighborhood or take to dog park for social fun.

About: Grew up my whole life with dogs and always loved animals. 4 years ago I got my Dog Loki (husky-lab mix) as a puppy and learned first hand how to raise and train a dog. Since having Loki we have added to our family with my wife Holli and her dog Willi. I am very comfortable with animals and taking care of your pets small or large, providing medicine, and helping elderly dogs. Last year I left the Army and decided to head back to school. I am currently a full time graduate student at UNC Chapel Hill. My class schedule runs most mornings but allows me to be home by lunch time and walk your pets. I do not have class Fridays or over the weekend added extra flexibility for those days. We have a fenced in backyard and two dogs to keep your loved ones safe and company. Our dogs are very sweet and love making new friends. We can also keep your dogs separated between floors per your request.

About: I've taken care of dogs for the past 13 years, mostly for friends and family. I have a lot of experience with reactive dogs, so I'm careful on walks. I've taken care of senior dogs and can administer medications and some injections. I work from home full time and have the flexibility to take breaks to take pups for walk, throw a ball around or share a snack I have a fenced in yard (about 1/4 acre) with a large deck where dogs love to sunbathe. The deck also has a gate for added safety. My house also has a doggy door for added flexibility for dogs to come and go from the deck

About: I have been experienced with dogs my whole life. I foster dogs and puppies, and have trained two puppies of my own. I’ve sat for sick dogs, 10-week old puppies, and fostered sick dogs. You can trust me with any type of dog and I will treat them with so much love! I am currently a student and only have class a couple days a week. Pet care is part of my daily life. I prioritize taking care of my own dog and give them everything they need. My apartment has a dog park. I walk dogs, take them to the park, and have a play area in my home. In a clients home, I respect the client and make sure I always do exactly what they say with their animals.
19. Jennifer S.
“Jennifer is simply a gem. All the basic principles that make a great sitter are there. Kindness, thoughtfulness, compassion, and empathy. Asides from being a pleasure to interact with, Jennifer truly loves all animals, and it shows in the way she cares for her sweet cat Pluto, who (by the way), happens to get along great with doggies. The building and apartment she lives in is very quite and clean, and that goes a long way when it comes to the well-being of any pet.”
