About: Hello! My name is Isabel and I'm a Research Coordinator in the Psychiatry Department at UNC. I have taken care of animals for years. Have watched dogs, cats, and birds. Feel free to reach out and I can provide more information! I can watch your pets overnight at my house or at yours if you prefer. Have a lot of availability in the evenings and on weekends. I'm very flexible when it comes to how you'd like your pet to be watched. Every animal is different and has a unique set of needs.

About: I've had animals in my house for over 20 years. Spanninng a cockatiel, a cat, five dogs and my clown fish who are going on 18 years old. Once, I drove the bird into the Tuft's vet school in a blizzard on a weekend night. Another time I took one of the clown fish into the Tufts satellite clinic on a Sunday because he hadn't eaten for days. Both pets lived to tell their tale. Cats are great, I love how they set the rules :) But dogs are where my heart is, especially Airedales, and rescue dogs are a labor of love! My priorities start with my pet family, unless I'm taking care of yours. Then, your pets become my priority. I work from home most of the time and that allows me to have the ultimate flexibility in my schedule so that I can care for your pets as appropriate, on their time. I've raised my dog training game significantly over the past few years, attending regular sessions with my trusted trainer, Baptiste. Our work has focused on highly reactive dogs and also puppy training. Like kids, pets can do no wrong. I do not get upset with them, I just clean the mess ;)

I also am happy to take care of any other animals you may have, as I have experience with frogs, turtles, snakes, and fish. I also have a big car, so I can take animals to the vet or to other places around town if you need it. I have an extremely flexible schedule. I can come take care of your pets multiple times a day on weekdays and weekends. I am happy to visit your home at whatever times your preferred feeding and walking schedule requires. Because I live in Briar Chapel, I am in close proximity to all Briar Chapel homes, making it easy for me to drop by and feed or walk your animals. I am willing to stay overnight in your home if that is what you would prefer. About: I have 2 brothers with dogs who I watch multiple times a year. Sometimes I go to their houses to watch the dogs and sometimes the dogs come to my house. I am very active so I take them on multiple walks a day and sometimes on a run or to a field to throw a ball. I like to wear them out during the day so that they are more relaxed in the evening. I also had a roommate with a lovely cat. He would go on trips often so I would watch the cat, which really only involved feeding her. I love all types of pets and would love to have the honor of watching yours! Currently I DJ weddings, so if it's not day of, I have a very flexible schedule. Im happy to wake up early, stay up late or make emergency runs at any time! When watching pets, I always have an eye on them. If it's inside, I like to always be in the same room as them. When outside, I always have them on a leash unless in a fully fenced in area. Regardless, they always have my full attention.
