Kelly was so great. She helped us out when we were in a bind for an unexpected doctors appointment, and could not have been nicer or better with Zorro. He loved her right away. Hopefully she can stay with him again!

About: I truly understand that pets are family. When you trust me with your dog, you're not just hiring a sitter, you're choosing someone who cares deeply about their comfort, safety, and happiness. Every dog has their own unique needs and personality. I take the time to get to know your pup, whether that means being patient with a shy rescue, playful with an energetic puppy, or gentle with a senior who moves at their own pace. I have experience with: • Training and socializing young puppies 🐶 • Providing slow, careful care for senior dogs 💕 • Supporting anxious pets who need extra reassurance and calm 🌿 I offer consistent communication, photo updates, and a calm, nurturing presence your pet can feel safe with. My goal is always to make your dog feel at home, even when you're away. I don’t just walk dogs - I build trust, one paw at a time. 🐾 I work from home three days a week (8–5), which gives me the flexibility to provide consistent, attentive care throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, midday potty breaks, or just having a calming presence nearby, I’m able to stay connected to your pet’s needs and not just check in and leave. On the days I’m home, I plan my schedule around the pets in my care, making sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and love-not just the basics. For pets who thrive on routine, this consistent presence can be especially comforting. Even outside my work-from-home days, I’m available for evening, early morning, or weekend care depending on your pet’s needs. I truly enjoy making pet care part of my daily rhythm - it brings a balance of joy, companionship, and purpose to my week. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, safety, trust, and a calm environment are always my top priorities. In your home, I work to maintain your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible - from feeding schedules to favorite toys and walking routes. I know how important consistency is, especially for anxious or sensitive pets, so I approach their care with patience, gentleness, and clear communication. I’ll also keep you updated with messages and photos, so you always know how your pet is doing. In my own home (if applicable), I’ve created a pet-friendly, low-stress space that’s clean, secure, and filled with cozy spots for rest and play. I always do slow introductions if other pets are present, and I never leave pets unattended for long periods. Whether it's their home or mine, I aim to make every pet feel safe, seen, and loved- like they never skipped a beat while you're away.

Marisa is an excellent sitter and house guest too! Sadie Mae seemed to be having more separation anxiety than normal but Marisa took it in stride and took great care of her. She sent lots of updates and was very flexible in her communication and booking as we were away for the first time on a cruise. When I came home, the house was clean and Sadie Mae was happy. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Amber was fabulous house sitting and taking care of our two cats and dog. Our dog is a rescue that has anxiety and separation issues. Amber was patient with him and won him over. Our house was exactly as we left it upon returning. We also received communication about our pets and pictures during Amber’s stay. I would recommend her for house/pet sitting needs

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my entire life and am confident managing daily walks, feeding schedules, and medication where needed. I’m particularly comfortable maintaining established routines and providing a calm, steady presence for pets who may feel unsettled while their owners are away. I’m also organised away. respectful when it comes to home care and I’m mindful of neighbours and building environments. Above all, I’m dependable and take seriously the trust involved in caring for both a home and beloved pets. I work remotely in sport psychology & am currently writing a book, which means I’m home most of the day & able to offer steady companionship & consistency. I live a quiet, healthy lifestyle & enjoy calm, cosy days at home — long walks & peaceful evenings. I grew up with dogs and cats my entire life, & sadly our last family dog passed away a few years ago. Since I was in the middle of moving at the time, I haven’t welcomed another dog of my own yet. That experience deepened my understanding of just how much our pets mean to us. They’re part of our comfort, and our family. Because of that, I deeply respect the trust involved in leaving them in someone else’s care. Looking after other people’s pets has genuinely brought me a lot of fulfilment. I’m very comfortable following established routines, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, medication, or simply recognising when a pet needs play, reassurance, or space. I understand how important stability is when their parents (you) are away. I know how important peace of mind is when you travel. I’ll treat your home & your fur family with the same care, respect, & attentiveness I would my own. :)

We had an amazing first experience with Carrie who we met through Rover. We were comfortable knowing our 2 dogs and 2 parrots would be cared for well. We were also comfortable having Carrie in our home over the holiday. She sent us picture of our crew and asked good questions about our home. We wanted her to feel comfortable with us too! Couldn’t have asked for a better match!

Meg was awesome. Both of our cats and our dog immediately gravitated towards her. She left the house so clean it was wonderful to come home to. The pets were also nice and calm when we got home indicating they were very well taken care of while we were out of town. We told Meg that she could take our dog on a drive away from our apartment for extra enrichment and she went out of her way to do that! She genuinely loved our pets and they loved her right back.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have one of my own, I am great at being active with them and would love to dog sit or dog walk for you. I have plenty of references, and would love to watch your dog babies and treat them like my own for how every long you need. I currently have a part time job that only have 4 hour shifts so my availability is very open and dogs wouldn’t be left alone for more then that time! We have a big fenced in area for our dogs, and take them on car rides and to the dog park, they love being outside!
