“Chevaughn did an amazing job! One of my dogs (Toffee) is 'very' skittish & does not warm up to new people well (it often takes weeks - sometimes months - for people just to be able to pet her). However, when we did the first meet & greet, Toffee was curious & got close enough to sniff him, which I thought was a great sign. But then... Chevaughn was actually able to pet her before leaving. She was wary, but let him. It kinda shocked me a bit. We had met with 2 other potential sitters & Toffee wouldn't get near them. With one of them, she wouldn't even come inside the house from the yard, not even for a treat, so long as the lady was there. Chevaughn has great energy, though. He was calm & assertive, moved gently around Carlee & Toffee, and they both became fast friends with him. While we were away, he even sent video of her licking his hand. That was a huge deal... Chevaughn was reliable, on time, consistent & most importantly, he is kind. Next time we need a sitter, he's our guy and I highly recommend him for taking care of your pups..”

I have been a veterinary technician for the past seven years, working in multiple environments, from hospice care to emergency medicine to specialty medicine! She offered to do drop-in visits for the remaining three days, but I was able to find an alternative for Bella‘s care. I appreciated the fact that she was willing to do what she could to help out. About: I have dogsat for everyone in my life at one point. I have my own senior girl that I have had since I was ten and she is the love of my life. Pet-sitting is one of the most rewarding things I do, as all pets deserve to feel comfortable and loved on while their owners are away. I am currently a student and am in my last year of college. I am going into education and work part-time as a substitute teacher three days a week. I am very flexible in my schedule as long as I have a few days notice. I will bend over backwards for your babies. I can do drop ins as well as overnight stays. About: I grew up with dogs since I was 12, from a chihuahua mix to a labrador mix. I've had my current dog for five years, a shi-tzu poodle mix. I also have a stray kitten who's less than a year old. I've cared for my neighbors' and friends' dogs when they vacation. They have entrusted me with their dogs to walk, bathe, and feed them. “Zacharia does an incredible job with my dog Lenny. My dog is a rescue and has some reactive tendencies, but Zacharia puts Lenny at ease. Lenny is my best friend, and there are very few people who I would trust to take care of him. Zacharia is one of those people, and he has given Lenny the highest standard of care on numerous occasions. If I have a late meeting, Zacharia is happy to let Lenny out, feed him, and just keep him company for a while. Based on how happy Lenny was with Zacharia on these shorter stints, I was 100% comfortable when Zacharia watched Lenny for me for a full week. A few months later, he watched Lenny for me for two weeks while I was abroad. I got plenty of pictures of Lenny living the good life with his buddy Zacharia! If you want someone who truly loves animals, then I cannot think of a person more trustworthy than Zacharia. He truly loves all animals and is a gentle soul. I will never forget how dedicated Zacharia was when Lenny was preparing for, going through, and recovering from his ear surgery.
