Although there is a huge size difference between Kiki (11 lbs) and Taylor's dog, Sadie, a regular size golden retriever, they two get along and play together very well. From the shared pictures we can tell Kiki felt comfy and looked happy whether she was inside of Taylor's house or outside at the yard, which gave us peace of mind so we can truly enjoy our trip. In addition to being a lifelong dog owner, I have over 10 years of experience providing dog sitting and overnight care for friends, family, and other pet owners. I take the time to learn each dog’s routine, personality, comfort level, feeding schedule, and individual needs so I can provide care that feels familiar and consistent. I’m attentive to their behavior and make sure they receive plenty of supervision, affection, exercise, and downtime. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. That’s why I communicate openly with pet parents and provide regular photo and video updates, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pup is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. About: I have been around and grown up with all different animals my whole life! Even though I have been taking care of animals my whole life, I started overnight stays 5 years ago during my freshman year of college. I am comfortable with animals of all kinds and will do whatever they need to feel comfortable. I have experience giving different medications and following specific routines. I have two crazy German shorthaired pointers back at home and they are super high maintenance so I am used to it all! I completely understand that animals are family members and I am sure to do whatever possible to treat them the same way you would to be sure both them and you can stay stress free! I am currently a physical therapy student at UNC, so I do have classes during the day. However, if possible I will be sure to stop by in between classes and spend the rest of my free time with the animals. My best availability is from Friday night through Sunday night, but can still be there throughout the week just with less total hours spent at the house. I will be sure to follow whatever routine your animal and you are most comfortable with! Whatever is needed I can get done. I also keep things clean and will be sure to leave your house cleaner than when you left it!

“Kelly was amazing! So accommodating to our four furbabies. She watched our 2 cats and 2 dogs for 8 days. She even took our second cat as a last minute addition (we last minute adopted her before our trip) with no problem at all! We did a meet and greet first, which was fantastic. Very quick response time as well. She has an amazing yard for the dogs to run and play. There's also a doggie door so they always have access to outside (she even checked with me to make sure I was okay with that and put a tracking collar on my dog just in case!) You can tell she is an animal lover and has a passion for sitting. She sent photos and videos constantly to let me know how my babies were doing. I would very highly recommend her services! Will definitely be using her again on our next getaway!”

There was already a dog boarding with Jessica and she took the time with me to get both dogs comfortable. I believe Chewy felt right at home as I could tell from the pictures Jessica sent of Chewy sleeping on Jessica's bed. I could tell when I met Jessica she really has a love for animals and she treated Chewy as if she was her own dog. Any time I need to be away I will contact Jessica first to see if she is available.
