About: I have been a pet person ever since my dad put me on the back of our horses, at the ripe age of 2 years old. My family house is filled with chickens, cats and a dog all year round. I am currently a student at UNCG so I go back to our house on the weekends and during holidays to help out my mom. We just adopted a new dog who we are taking to doggy training classes, a new adventure for the both of us! I have an unconditional love for animals, as they are kind and genuine creatures, but especially for cats and dogs. I am home for the summer so I will be able to take care of your pets as much as you need me too! I am enrolled in online summer classes so I would make a great house sitter! It is important for me to take breaks while working on my computer, what better way then to go on a walk or check up on your animals. As a pet owner myself, I understand the importance of safety and needing to know how your pet is doing. I will provide unlimited facetime calls and chat with you for as long as you need to feel reassured. I have multiple leashes I can bring along with me, and dog bowls for water as we know the summer will be very warm.
11. Ellie L.
“Ellie and Colin were awesome. My cat Kiki took to them right away and she doesn’t normally do that. They are like cat whisperers. I know they have their own cats and they were very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to approach my cat. This was the first time that I had a pet sitter other than family, so I was very nervous. They sent me pictures and videos and kept me updated on Kiki. They treated her like their own. I will definitely be booking them again!”

About: We have always had animals in the house, whether it be dogs or cats. I have had multiple dogs for the past 8 years, with as many as 5 dogs in the family at once. Currently we have three dogs; They are wonderful but very much like children. I feed them twice a day, go on walks with them for a few miles multiple times a week, and make sure they get as much love and attention as they need (which is a lot since they like attention). I know what it takes to properly take care of a dog and would love the chance to share that with your pet. I love animals and am really looking forward to being able to spend more time with them. I'm currently working from home so I have plenty of time to take care of your dog(s) or cat(s). I am available on weekends any time and most always during the week. If for some reason I cant accommodate your request I will let you know up front. I have a fenced in yard with a gate so I am very careful to be sure that when I let your dog(s) outside that I will watch them and make sure they stay inside the fence. When we are going over details I will ask that if you have anything in particular you would like in terms of how to care for them please let me know.
13. Melanie J.
“Melanie is great! She helped out by house sitting for my (three large) dogs and 4-month-old puppy over a holiday weekend on short notice and did a great job. She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos while I was gone. I will happily be using her again.”

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was young. I have taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, ducks, hedgehogs, and even turtles! I have experience with dogs large and small which includes Great Danes down to little Chihuahuas. I have had 5 dogs and 3 cats over the years. I am prepared to love and treat your animals as if they were my own. I am currently a stay at home Mom so my schedule is pretty open. I am available during the day and can make arrangements for the evening. I no longer have any pets at the moment which makes dog walking a great part time job. All of my focus will be put on your dog and their needs. Information of things your dog likes or doesn’t like will help me have a better relationship with them. The more I know about your dog the more comfortable your dog and I will be together.
15. Kelly R.
“We appreciate Kelly because he was flexible and understanding of our circumstances. We have 2 Beagles and my parents have a terrier and shitzu. It was a handful, but Kelly was willing to come and stay at our house to keep our dogs in their own environment, and take on 2 additional dogs that traveled from Florida with my parents. Kelly would send us photos and text message updates every day. He gave us peace of mind. I would highly recommend Kelly. Thank you Kelly.”
16. Reagan R.
“I never had to worry about our pets when Reagan was in charge of their care. She is great with animals. She is also very respectful of our home. Can’t say enough great things.”
17. Kara D.
“Kara did great with my dogs. She kept in good contact and sent lots of videos and pictures. Both dogs seemed in great spirits in the updates and the house and dogs were all intact when I returned!! ? I plan to use Kara again!”
18. Jessica S.
“I have known Jessica for 4+ years and she has always had a pet. She adores animals. Her pets are always healthy, properly fed and healthcare "above and beyond" is provided. When responsible for her friends pets she take the responsibility seriously - changing her own schedule to accommodate the pet's needs. An animal to Jessica is just another friend. ”
19. Haley B.
“Haley is a very kind and responsible young lady. She has always been good with dogs, whether it be her own, grandparent’s, or other family members. She has always been their first choice when they have needed a dog sitter.”
20. Rachel S.
About: Hello! My name is Rachel and I graduated from UNCW with a minor in Assistance Dog Training! Ever since I was little my family grew up with animals. I have been a dog lover every since I was little - ask anyone!! I was the typical “dog girl” with my breeds book learning facts about different types of dogs. My first job taking care of animals was when I worked on a farm from ages 14 to 18. I was in charge of a variety of types of animal’s unique schedules and need for extended periods of time. Throughout high school I worked at a doggy daycare where I would walk dogs and supervise their exercise/playtime. I also would feed them and administered any medications needed. I made sure to keep their boarding rooms clean and safe for them too. I have worked with dogs of all sizes and ages and feel comfortable working with dogs that have behavioral issues as well. My minor in Assistance Dog Training taught me a lot about basic dog obedience and behavior, k-9 care, and so much more! I am extremely passionate about dogs and would love to take care of yours! My husband and I have fostered over 13 dogs and puppies in the past year. I currently train dogs professionally part time and would be happy to discuss and offer advice to help your dog become a more cohesive part of the family! During the week and weekends, I love to spend time with my three dogs! Adding more dogs into the pack is always such a fun time and I would love to help others out in doing so! I live in a home with a partially fenced in yard where I can walk your dog safely and frequently. I have lots of safe toys and even extra dog kennels for your pups. I am devoted to the safely and care of your animals.
