She came to our house in advance for a meet & greet, at which time she showed great interest in each of our pets, reviewed our written instructions and asked excellent questions. Joy was consistent in her attention to the safety and wellbeing of our pets. She followed instructions, including medication administration, with precision. She was kind, loving and patient with all our pets. Joy always responded quickly to messages. She was communicative, messaging daily updates and occasional photos. She asked questions as needed. She left our house clean, with dishes, sheets and towels washed and put away. In summary, it was so good to leave our pets in safe and experienced hands. Dozens of times I have dropped my dogs off at her house without a worry in my mind because I know she’ll take great care of them. She gives them all the love that I can’t while I’m gone.
