“Woody and Shamira are great with our puppy Mello! We’ve boarded her for a weekend and returned for daycare. We know she’s in good hands and will continue to return :)”

“Our Poodle had a great time during Daycare! We were sent lots of updates and pictures throughout the day and always felt he was happy and safe! In the pictures he looks like he had a blast and we can't wait to visit Tyra again!”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have hands-on experience with high-energy and working breeds. I’m confident with all personalities, from playful and energetic to calm and cuddly. I focus on providing safe, reliable, and loving care. I keep a flexible schedule and make plenty of time each day for walks, play, and companionship. I’m available for daytime care, evening visits, and weekends, and I always make sure each dog gets the attention and consistency they need. If you have a specific routine, I’m happy to follow it closely. Your dog will be cared for in a safe, calm environment with a fully fenced yard for secure outdoor time. I always supervise dogs, prioritize safety, and make sure every pup feels comfortable, understood, and at home.
About: I have had dogs since I was a child and decided to pursue a career with them after a career in Law Enforcement. I am a Certified Dog Trainer and own my own Dog business, Got Dogs? LLC. I also volunteer at the animal shelter both spending time with shelter dogs and helping with adoptions. Most of my life revolves around dogs and I like it that way. Please check out my Google profile to see several reviews! I own my own Dog business, and work from home. I spend most of my time with my dogs and enjoying others babies as well I have a fenced in yard and live on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. The indoor space is climate controlled and video monitored. The dogs will be crated for rest time and night time.
About: I have been dog sitting for over 8 years and cat sitting for 6, and I’m a lifelong cat owner and dog lover. I have experience with a wide range of pet needs including puppies, high-energy dogs, and reactive dogs, as well as cats with all kinds of temperaments. I’m comfortable administering medications and following detailed feeding schedules or care routines, so you can feel confident your pet will receive consistent, attentive care while you’re away. I love staying active with long walks, hikes, and runs, but I’m just as happy to spend time relaxing and cuddling on the couch. Whether your pet needs lots of exercise or lots of affection (or both!), I tailor my care to fit their unique personality and needs. I am a full-time graduate student but work from home for part of the week and have relatively flexible hours, so can always make time to drop in on your kitty or take your pup out to stretch their legs. Because of my partial remote schedule, I am also able to be an in-home companion for your pet during any out-of-town trips you might have. I prioritize keeping your pet’s routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I carefully follow all care instructions you provide (e.g., feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, or crating) so that your pet feels comfortable and secure while you’re away. I offer plenty of affection and attention to pets who enjoy it, while also respecting the space and boundaries of more cautious, independent, or reactive animals. For dog walks, I also come prepared with essentials like waste bags, a portable water bowl, and treats (if permitted). Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities.
About: My name is Tay’Najah but I also go by Tay. I’ve loved animals since I was a little girl, I was an introvert as a kid and preferred to stay to myself but if I knew someone had a dog, then I would tag along 😆I started working with dogs in 2020 at a daycare facility, we had some boarding but it was mostly daycare dogs. In 2021 I started working here on Rover which I loved and eventually in 2022 I went to another facility which was primarily boarding. Finally in 2024 I went to a facility that was pretty even with both boarding and daycare. So I have 6 years of experience now and I loved every moment and memory I’ve made. I’ve created many bonds with these dogs throughout these 6 years. For some dogs I was their daycare mom I would say, because sometimes dogs will gravitate towards one specific person and sometimes that person was me which I loved! I’ve administered medications, monitored dog behaviors, offered services such as baths, nail trims, teeth cleaning and etc. I’ve worked with many breeds and of all ages, from a few months old to 17+ years old. I’m dedicated and my main priority is to make sure you and your pet is well taken care of! As of right now I only have classes online so I have a completely open schedule for the fur babies, I will have an open schedule for most of the year! Here at my home, I have a very secure fenced in backyard, no pet will be unattended so even playtime outside will be monitored. Besides the fenced backyard, there is a large kennel with a house, toys and blankets. Your pet will be indoors with me and come outside for playtime and potty breaks still with me. Then kennel/house is only for if I have to run a quick errand that requires me not to have any fur babies tagging along. I want to make sure your pet will be happy and safe at all times with me.
“Ayanna was wonderful! She was very understanding of our unusual schedule. We needed someone to watch Daisy while we attended a swim meet each morning and evening at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. Ayanna was willing to care for Daisy for 3-4 hours twice each day. She also sent us photos of Daisy enjoying outdoor walks and inside quiet time, which we really appreciated!”

About: I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Animal Science and have taken care of animals for 11 years total. I have experience within a veterinary hospital, pet hotels, farm animals, and pet care within a pet store. I have also dogsitting experience within my own home as well as overnight dogsitting experiences within the owners home as well. When it comes to the animals living within my family, I am usually the primary caretaker and the one that gives advice if a fur baby is having any trouble. My availability is open. I just would prefer to have a notice of any upcoming appointments so it can be added to my calendar dates and I do not mix any future events up. I do also include baths when needed and we do go on walks together. When it comes to dogsitting, the pets I have taken care of in the past are the same way. They never leave my side and I always like them to be around me too for cuddles, naps, and playtime.
About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a home full of dogs and have always been the go-to person for friends and family when they need someone to care for their pets. Over the years, I’ve cared for both dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and personalities—from energetic puppies to senior pets who just need a little extra love and patience. I understand that every pet is different, and I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and personalities so they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s playtime, long walks, feeding schedules, or just quiet companionship, I’m attentive to the little things that matter. My experience includes: • Dog and cat sitting (overnight & drop-ins) • Walking and exercise routines • Administering basic care and following specific instructions • Caring for multiple pets at once • Providing updates, photos, and communication for peace of mind I truly believe animals are such a special part of our lives—little gifts we’re entrusted to care for—and I treat every pet like they’re my own. You can expect someone who is responsible, gentle, and genuinely enjoys spending time with animals. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always come first with me 🤍 I have open availability for the time being! I am in between jobs at the moment so feel free to reach out to schedule. thank you! I take Safety seriously - I even have a career in it. Your family member will be safe with me, & I open to take any measures you will need to assure that!
“A great experience overall with Kayla. I needed some last minute care for my dog, Blue. Kayla was quick to answer my message and asked all the right questions to ensure a good stay. Blue warmed up to her fairly quickly and Kayla sent multiple pictures and updates throughout the day which made me feel alot better as this was my first time using Rover. Would definitely recommend.”

About: Avid animal lover since birth. I've grown up with animals by my side and have loved caring for them throughout the years. With a background in Recreational Therapy, my dream is to one day have a animal assisted therapy farm/sanctuary because animals are so therapeutic and mini healers. This is my passion and I will care for yours as my own! I've worked as a Kennel Attendant for the Greensboro Cat Clinic and have been trained to administer oral medications. I’ve also been an intern at a animal therapy farm with TONS of horses, goats, bunnies, chickens, cats, dogs, and donkeys. While I love to reach more pet owners through Rover, I’m also accepting clients through Rover UNCG Alumni. Recently graduated. I am very much a home body and also looking for more remote and online work. It’s important to book in advance when you are aware of specific dates you’ll need. I’m usually already booked and unavailable when it’s last minute. I live in a home in Latham Park in Greensboro. I have a huge nicely fenced back yard. Plenty of space for your fur babies to roam and play.

“Erica and Tony were able to accommodate a last minute booking on a holiday for my dog who suffers from separation anxiety. We were even able to do a meetup the day prior. I really appreciated their flexibility and felt completely confident in their ability to look after my dog in the same manner that I would. Erica was kind, patient, and gentle with my dog. Their dog Winston makes for the perfect playmate. I would definitely use them again!”

Absolutely pleasure meeting Lucille!! The welcoming , dog loving, and kind environment Lucille provided was amazing! We needed a quick doggie day option and we had less than 12 hours to find something. Lucille responded quickly and was available on such short notice, which gave us such ! We are so thankful for Lucille! She sent updates through out the day and our girl Kawi had a blast! Thank you Lucille , we will for sure call you the next time we are in town!!

Claire was a great sitter! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were traveling for a wedding and she came to our Airbnb to take care of our dogs while we were attending the events for two evenings in a row. She’s a great communicator, very professional, and even offered to come for a meet and greet when we arrived the day before. She went above and beyond by providing us with a crate since we couldn’t travel with one and brought dog towels from home when she noticed the water bowl dripping situation. I received lots of photos and updates, and appreciated the peace of mind she gave us. I highly recommend Claire!
