About: Hi! I'm a reliable and caring pet lover who understands that pets are family. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of different ages, sizes, and personalities, and I always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, feeding, administering basic medications, or simply providing companionship, I pay close attention to each pet's unique needs and routine. I believe in creating a positive, stress-free experience for both pets and their owners through consistent care, patience, and communication. I pride myself on being dependable, attentive, and respectful of your home and your pet's schedule. I'll provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in good hands. I look forward to meeting you and your pets and providing them with the same love and care I would give my own! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a teacher currently on summer break and transitioning into a remote position, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable care, walks, drop-in visits, and plenty of attention throughout the day. I enjoy spending time with animals and can easily adapt to your pet's routine to ensure they receive consistent care, companionship, and supervision while you're away. I treat every pet as if they were my own. In my home, I prioritize safety, comfort, and routine by using crates when appropriate, ensuring pets are properly leashed during walks, and providing plenty of toys, treats, and enrichment. I maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment where animals can feel secure and relaxed. When caring for pets in a client's home, I follow their established routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, medication needs, and any special instructions. I understand that pets are family members, and my goal is to provide loving, dependable care while giving owners peace of mind that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: Hey, my name is Evan. I am currently a graduate student at UNCG looking to provide high quality care for your pets needs. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, or just chilling out, I'll make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. I understand that every pet has their own personality and routine, so I will take the time to follow your instructions closely. I aim to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet. While you're away, I'll keep you in the loop with photos and messages. As for experience, I grew up with three cats and have cat-sitting experience, so I am familiar and have a good understanding of their needs. Also, I have a couple years of experience dog-sitting and dog-walking during my undergrad. During the summer, my availability is very open and have plenty of free time throughout the week and weekends. I also will be respectful towards the owners home, so expect the house to be in perfect order. I want to create a familiar and welcoming atmosphere for your pet, as if you never left. I also want you to feel at ease as the pet owners, so anticipate open and honest communication. My goal is to provide dependable care, plenty of attention, and a positive experience for both you and your pet! I am currently a graduate student and working part-time, so I have plenty of time during the day to provide high quality pet care. I live in a safe environment with plenty of space inside for your pet. There is also a big yard right outside my complex, as well as a fenced off area for pets.
About: I've owned dogs and taken care of pets for neighbors, friends, and family members since I was 6. I have experience training puppies and am prepared to provide enrichment for high energy, low energy, young, and old pets alike. I love them all. I am currently a masters student at UNCG. I have classes on Monday and Wednesday and work with various performance groups throughout the week. My schedule is variable, so even though I am busy there are a lot of moments in between my daily tasks that allow for attention to be extended to a pet. In client's homes, I am respectful of any rules and protocol you'd like me to follow. I will stay in designated areas and follow any instructions you leave for me. If your pet is visiting me I don't have a yard, but I live in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood. I am on the ground floor of a house, so there are no risks associated with a deck or being multiple floors up in a building. Pets are welcome in all areas of my space, including on the furniture, unless you have a rule at home you would like me to reinforce as well. In my own home, pets are an extension of the family and are treated as such. I am an active person and would love to provide long walks, hiking, lake visits, and more with the permission of pet parents.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Greensboro
Christina was absolutely amazing with Milo! She kept me updated with messages and photos, and it was clear he was well cared for and happy the entire time. I would definitely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving sitter.

It was our first time using Rover, but Juliana was a highly regarded sitter and so we entrusted our two dogs to her and it was a wonderful experience for us and them. Archer and Apollo were taken care of, and were treated as well as her own dogs. She provided any updates and plenty of pics, and followed any specific instructions regarding pills or activities to a “T”. We thank Juliana for her hosting and would absolutely use her services again in the future!

We found ourselves in a pinch with a last-minute trip and our regular sitter unavailable. Molly came through for us and did a great job taking care of our dog for a few days. She was reliable, responsive, and flexible. Our 11.5-year-old Labradoodle was happy, and we could tell she well-cared for when we returned. We would definitely book with Molly again and recommend her to other pet owners!

This was our first time booking with Rover and Ashlee was a great host! She was very communicative throughout the whole process. After scheduling a meet and greet, we felt great about leaving our pup with her. Duke had a great time filled with lots of playing, which Ashlee made sure to capture and share with me while he was there. She maintained frequent contact throughout his stay which we greatly appreciated.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NC ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
