I have several years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and reptiles, including my own senior dog before she passed. I have experience in the medical field and am comfortable with giving medication orally and via injection if needed. I am comfortable caring for all ages of pets from puppies and kittens to seniors. Currently the only pet in my home is my senior bearded dragon who has an enclosure with a lid.

Gillian has kept my elderly pup twice now and taken great care of her! My dog seems very relaxed with her, which means a lot because she can have separation anxiety. I will definitely use her in the future!

Gillian was awesome with my Xander. She was very patient even when he was a little nervous. Gillian was able to get him calm and warmed up to her. Before we knew it Xander was nuzzling, cuddling, and getting and giving love. I really like that she kept the line of communication opened and sent photos. When I picked up my baby he was content and happy. I will be reaching out to Gillian again.
I could tell Gillian really cared about Peppers wellbeing and made me feel so at ease while I was away. I came back to a happy dog and a well taken care of home.

Schedule
I have just started a new job Mon-Thurs, and am available to give your fur babies all the love on the weekends or during the week if your pet is okay being alone for about 8 hours.

I live on the edge of downtown and walk through Fisher Park at least once daily. I don't have a proper fenced in yard, as it is shared between several houses, but there is space for a potty break. I live in a fairly busy area so if you dog is noise reactive I probably am not the right fit for you.
A typical day
I love to hike, and if you fur baby is up for it I am happy to take them along. If my hikes (7-10 miles) are too long we can also walk on more level ground in the parks nearby my house. If your dog is social I have family nearby with a very social dog who loves to play.
