Tynesha was very friendly. Made sure to give updates with photos everyday. And when I checked in, she was quick to reply. My dog came back just as happy as when he left. Will be using her services again!

We had a pretty bad experience with Ty. When we dropped our dog, Joy, off, she didn't allow us into her apartment to setup Joy's crate and stuff. Eventually we learned that the bed sheet used to cover her crate was used as her bedding and she tossed it out when Joy had an accident instead of cleaning it. Granted Joy is used to have a yard to use the bathroom freely and doesn't like going on a leash. A couple days before our vacation was over, she asked if we can find someone to pick her up early so she can get her carpets cleaned before Christmas since it seemed that Joy had accidents outside her crate. It was our first time boarding Joy and we have a better understanding of what we need for our dog for the next time we board her. When we got Joy back, we counted her pills and discovered some medication doses had been skipped. We definitely won't be using Ty again.
My pup Florence had a great time with Tynesha! During her stay I received photos and was communicated with well! I will definitely book again!
Tynesha was great with communication very understanding and took great care of my pit. would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 service.
