I work from home and treat your dog when they are staying with me just like they were one of my own. When your dog is with me they get to go on a morning walk with me....and play in the yard on nice days and relax with me on the couch when it's time to rest! Consider it their home away from home!

I have a mostly fenced yard but will be outside with your dog and will not be left unattended while outside. For my in home care I require you to bring their food, bed or anything else that your dog knows as his/her own. When I'm at your home, I will follow their routine as you tell me to ensure your pet is happy while you are gone!

A typical day
The dogs that stay with me will have daily playtime and walks. They are in my home as a member of my family so will be included just like they are at home! It's their home away from home!

Pet care experience
You will have the best, most top notch care with me and my services. I have over 25 years experience with former training + former veterinary hospital experience not to mention dozens of glowing testimonies. I was the owner and operator of Pampered Pooches which was a dog excursion + kennel free boarding and I always had a wait list and very happy returning clients. Sept 2024 through Dec 2025 I travelled 6 countries + 14 states pet sitting with Trusted House Sitters where we received glowing reviews and several invites back! I LOVE all animals but dogs & cats are the bomb for me....I have a special language with them....bond with them & give them a little extra training when needed and lots of love! I specialize in caring for (but not limited to) anxious dogs and ones who need a little time to create trust. I have just settled in Greensboro, NC and do Dog Excursions 2x/week, Care in your home so that your animals are comfy & in their normal routine. I work with my kiddo who helps out (at times) and has been a part of my business for many years.

Erin house sat for us and cared for our dog, Dama, while we were away for three weeks. Dama is an anxious rescue who needs a patient and supportive sitter to feel comfortable, and Erin was truly wonderful with her. She paid close attention to Dama’s routine, preferences, and sensitivities, and treated her with so much care and compassion. Erin also kept us updated with daily photos and videos, which we really appreciated and found very reassuring. In addition, she took excellent care of our apartment. Erin is a kind and thoughtful person, and we would happily have her sit for us again. Highly recommend!
Erin stayed in our home and cared for our pets for 11 weeks while we were in Europe. To say she was amazing doesn't come close enough to describing how really special she was. She communicated regularly with updates and photos and managed all routines efficiently. When we returned, we found everything in order and animals well cared for.
Erin took care of our dog Mochi for 2 weeks back in January 2025. She was very loving and caring, and we could tell right away she has a genuine love for animals, which for us is the most important! She was very communicative and self efficient, which gave us peace of mind while being abroad. We are looking forward to have her back and would recommend her to anyone!
