Adoni stayed over for 7 nights with my dog Simba and cat Rose. I could tell they were well cared for when I got back and the house may have even looked better than when we left. Adoni sent pictures regularly along with updates. I will not hesitate to book for future stays and if I could leave more than 5 stars I would.

Savannah is amazing! She house sat for my three dogs for 10 days and kept them engaged, medicated, and was so attentive. One of my dogs is a 2-year-old, high-energy Border Collie that needs lots of exercise, and Savannah played with her the entire stay. She also house-sat overnight and was on time, provided lots of pics and updates, and was highly reliable. I felt at ease knowing Savannah was watching the dogs.

About: Animals have always played an important part in my life. I have been pet sitting for family and friends since I was 10 years old. I have over 30 years of experience in animal husbandry and care. Whenever a family member needs to go out of town, I am the person that they ask to feed their cats and dogs. In college, I took my roommates dogs out for potty breaks and walks when she had classes. In 2021, I stayed for 5 months at a friend's house pet sitting their Chihuahua and cat. I volunteer to walk the dogs at the Guilford County animal shelter every Tuesday. Not only am I a pet sitter, I'm also a pet owner. I currently am owned by four cats and one spoiled pitbull. I just returned from being a Peace Corps volunteer in North Macedonia. My usual fulltime job is TESOL instructor, and this can be done remotely. I am currently not teaching. I am flexible and willing to conform to whatever your pet needs. I'm willing to follow any directions or care that you require for your pet. As a dog walker, I have the equipment to complete the task. I keep poop bags, dog treats, and extra leashes in my car. If I am in your home, I will be sure to follow your directions and keep you posted with pictures throughout the day.

About: Having grown up in a home that was always filled with animals, I've essentially been a lifelong pet caregiver! As a current pet parent to my own dog and cat, I understand the joys and responsibilities of pet ownership firsthand. I'm comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and ages, from little puppies to senior sweethearts. Beyond everyday cuddles and care, I also have experience working with reactive, behaviorally challenged, and hyperactive dogs, and I'm comfortable providing the extra patience and understanding they may need. Although my schedule can sometimes depend week to week, I’m am currently working part time so most of my days and night during the week are free for your furry companions!! Whether caring for your beloved pets in my home or visiting them in yours, my approach is always centered on their individual needs, safety, and happiness. In Your Home: For drop-in visits and house sitting, I prioritize maintaining your pet's routine and ensuring they feel secure and loved in their familiar environment. This includes: -Following their established feeding schedule: Ensuring they receive the correct amount and type of food at their usual times. -Providing fresh water at all times. -Administering any necessary medications according to your detailed instructions. -Taking them out for potty breaks as frequently as they need, and cleaning up after them meticulously. -Engaging them in playtime and providing enrichment tailored to their personality and energy levels. This could include walks, fetch, indoor games, puzzle toys, or simply cuddles and companionship. -Paying close attention to their body language and behavior, noting any signs of stress, illness, or discomfort, and communicating these observations to you promptly. -Maintaining the cleanliness of their immediate environment, such as scooping litter boxes or spot-cleaning any accidents. -Sending you regular updates, photos, and videos so you can see how your furry friend is doing and have peace of mind. I am attentive to their unique personalities and any special requirements they may have, ensuring they receive the best possible care in a safe, loving, and responsible manner.

Victoria was amazing! I can’t say enough about her! One of my dogs is really scary and he doesn’t deal with anyone, she was able to make him feel comfortable! No accidents in the house, Victoria made sure they went out on a timely schedule. Also the house was left in immaculate shape! She cleaned up behind herself and the house was just as I left it, I would definitely book her again and will be booking in the future! She made sure to send pictures and updates! I felt safe leaving my house to her! Thank you Victoria! You were amazing.

This is a long-overdue review of Emily, who has watched my dogs several times in the past few months. She is very flexible, takes them at the last minute when I fail to plan very far ahead, makes sure they don't get lonely, and generally just goes the extra mile to provide great doggy service! We love her!

About: Caring for animals is second nature to me, I first began when I was 8 years old, helping my church members at their farms, which turned into me helping my babysitter with pet sitting when she would watch me. As I’ve grown I’ve come to follow her path and have been caring for my friends, family, and neighbors animals and I love every second of it! I’ve always LOVED to be outdoors and I’ve always LOVED to be around animals (sometimes more than being around people lol). What makes me unique in my animal care is my experience with ALL animal types!! As a Animal Science student with a pre-veterinary focus I’ve had years of experience working with all animal types in many different environments, from working with sheep, goats, poultry, and dairy cattle to years of work in veterinary clinics, so your pets are in good and capable hands! I am currently training to be a veterinary technician and have a strong background in animal behavior, feeding, administering medications, bathing, handling, and general veterinary care for cats, dogs, and rabbits. My strengths are in cats and dogs, farm animals, wildlife, and small friends such as mice, rats, and Guinea Pigs; and I am always willing to learn something new to best accommodate the needs for you, your home, and your animals. A fun fact about me is that I was recently Wildlife First Aid Certified at Colorado State University, and that I just genuinely love animals. My method is to treat every pet as if they were my own, which helps me to ensure that ALL ANIMALS receive the highest level of care, attention, and affection while their owners are away. Please feel free to reach out with any and all questions! Pet care fits into my daily routine via my current work in local Veterinary Clinics as well as my area of study as an undergraduate Animal Science Student. My educational background has allowed me to handle animals of all breedings while my vocational experience has sharpened my communication skills when it comes to quality pet care. For my dogs at home care I keep them on a structured routine of waking up at 7am, outside time, food and water, resting, a second outside time by 8am, washing their bowls & refilling their water, and when I leave for work I give them an enrichment toy to keep them occupied (especially my youngest dog). When I get home from work I let my girls back outside, check to make sure none of my stuffed animals have been shredded by the younger baby, feed them a small dinner, and I start getting them ready for bed, at 9pm they get in their beds have a snack, watch TV with me and go to sleep. When I am pet sitting for friends, family, & neighbors I feed and walk their pets at the provided scheduled time and I also make a point to spend at least 5-10 minutes playing with them and getting them some interaction for the day, as I’m sure they miss their family. My goal is to ensure the safety and wellbeing of fur babies, reptile friends, farm family members, and bird companions when their primary family needs someone to care for them.

We could not be more pleased with the care Adoni provided for our 3-year old dog and our 6 cats while we were away for 4 days. She came to our house in advance for a meet & greet, at which time she showed great interest in each of our pets, reviewed the care plans, and asked excellent questions. As requested, she stayed in our home overnight and at least most of the time during the day. She was totally trustworthy, reliable and professional. Adoni consistently went above and beyond in her constant attention to the safety and wellbeing of all our pets. She followed instructions, including medication administration, with precision. Adoni was kind, loving and patient with all our pets; we could tell that she genuinely enjoyed being with them, and they were all clearly very comfortable with her. Adoni always responded quickly to messages. She was consistently communicative, regularly messaging with updates and photos of each pet. She asked questions as needed. All that allowed us to relax while we were away. She left our house clean and tidy. It was so good to leave our pets in safe and experienced hands. We highly recommend Adoni (10/10) and will not hesitate to request her services in the future!
