I just returned from being a Peace Corps volunteer in North Macedonia. My usual fulltime job is TESOL instructor, and this can be done remotely. I am currently not teaching. I am flexible and willing to conform to whatever your pet needs.

I'm willing to follow any directions or care that you require for your pet. As a dog walker, I have the equipment to complete the task. I keep poop bags, dog treats, and extra leashes in my car. If I am in your home, I will be sure to follow your directions and keep you posted with pictures throughout the day.

A typical day
I love to give dogs the freedom to smell different things, I would be willing to take them to the park. I also have puzzle toys for dogs that like to be challenged. Or I can throw frisbees or balls for dogs that are more physical.

Animals have always played an important part in my life. I have been pet sitting for family and friends since I was 10 years old. I have over 30 years of experience in animal husbandry and care. Whenever a family member needs to go out of town, I am the person that they ask to feed their cats and dogs. In college, I took my roommates dogs out for potty breaks and walks when she had classes. In 2021, I stayed for 5 months at a friend's house pet sitting their Chihuahua and cat. I volunteer to walk the dogs at the Guilford County animal shelter every Tuesday. Not only am I a pet sitter, I'm also a pet owner. I currently am owned by four cats and one spoiled pitbull.

Jennifer was fantastic! She was on time and took good care of Neil. The 3 days she walked him were warm/hot days. She made sure to not let him get overheated and brought him back inside before the 30 minutes was up. I was definitely grateful for that! The rest of the time, she loved on him before she left.
Jennifer has always been a very responsible person with all kinds of animals. She takes very good care of our family pets and is the person responsible for giving our pets medication when it is needed. In the past when we have owned dogs she would always walk them and care for them when we go out of town. She lived in North Macedonia for two years and cared for about 13 stray cats in the neighborhood she lived in (unwanted and stray animals are very common in that country). She is very compassionate about all animals and the animals she encounters and they are compassionate for her.
