“Kelly stayed at my house with my cat for 10 nights, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Super proactive in communication, sent pics and updates daily, left the house in great shape (I really couldn't tell anyone had been here!) and was flexible in the end when my travel plans changed due to weather. Oh, and I could tell she genuinely enjoyed hanging out with my cat, which makes it all the better. Hope to be able to hire her for future needs!”

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have had multiple dogs myself and have experience caring for them at all stages of life. I understand that each animal is unique in their own way and that is what makes this job so special. I am just now restarting dog-walking again since taking a break since 2019. I am a full-time graduate student with multiple part-time jobs. Typically, I am available in the evenings and the mornings (on certain days). Right now, my schedule is pretty unpredictable until mid-June. I try to keep my calendar up to date as much as possible. My number 1 priority to ensure trust in both you and your pet. I always want and try to be respectful of those I serve and the environment I’m in by also being diligent in everything I do.

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, I have taken care of family and friends animals; and I know what it’s like leaving your heart in the care of someone else. I will tailor my care to exactly what you might need. I know how to give oral medication even I have to be tricky with it, and I will care for your animal like they are my own. I have plenty of time to care for your animals! I am available all week, weekends and on holidays. Unless otherwise specified on my calendar. I will always enter calmly and joyfully so your pet is comfortable, I will make sure all water bowls are full and find out what their favorite toys are! Your pet will hopefully be happy when I am coming to take care of them.

Willy is usually nervous around strangers/new people but it seems like he warmed up immediately to Christina! About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life. From taking them to their vet appointments, traveling to fun hikes, and daily walks, I have gained so much experience! I love both large and small dogs, having big dogs at my family home. I’ve taken care of puppies all the way through senior dogs. Whether it’s cleaning the puppy pads, or making a sweet loved one’s last few years more comfortable, I am adaptable to any animals needs. I have experience with administering meds for dogs as well. I’m currently a senior undergraduate student at UNC Chapel Hill pursuing a bachelors degree in Biology. This summer I am enrolled in online summer courses and looking for opportunities to help out animals needs in my area with my free time! I live in a lovely apartment complex with a dog park and safe walking areas right outside! My orange kitten lives in my apartment so if you’re needing out of house care we would need to speak about comparability with my cat.

I'm prepared to meet your pet's needs where they're at, from providing multiple walks a day, or just being a calm presence in the room to ease loneliness. I'm working part-time at the moment, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pet, especially in the afternoons and evenings. I'm happy to take in mail/packages, water plants, or do any other necessary tasks while you are away as well!
