Loving house sitters in your neighborhood

1. Patricia V.
“Patricia was a blessing to us and our dog. She is definitely a dog whisperer, and Lila bonded with her so readily! Great walks, great photos, lots of love. And Pat is also a serious gardener. She kept the deer away from our lilies, and watered and weeded like it was going out of style. I would book her again in a heartbeat!”
2. Avi H.
“Avi was great with our golden retriever. She stayed in our home with him for a long weekend and was great at maintaining his schedule. We will definitely book again in the future!”
3. Amy & John P.
“It isn’t always easy to manage the needs of our senior dog with her more energetic young sister, but Amy was superlative during her two day stay with our Labrador and Lab-Mix. During the meeting (before our time away), both dogs quickly warmed to Amy, and she was obviously a confident caregiver. While we were away, she was communicative and detailed, and we returned to two well-cared for and well-exercised dogs and a tidy home. We would recommend Amy for any pet care needs.”
4. Lily F.
“Lily was a fabulous dog sitter for our girl Juno. She kept her actively engaged and sent me regular updates. Could not ask for a more caring and compassionate dog sitter and human!”
5. Lisa & Jeff E.
“This was Lisa and Jeff's second time sitting for us, and again, I can't say enough about what incredibly WONDERFUL caring, thoughtful, communicative and totally dedicated pet sitters they are. They take care of our 11 year old cat and 7 year old dog truly as though the pets were their own--and our house too! They took the time to talk with us extensively about our pets' habits and needs before staying with them--doing a refresher before their second stay because the first time it had only been our cat they took care of--send frequent pictures and even videos in which we could hear our cat loudly purring while Lisa petted her and our dog's tail enthusiasically wagging. Wherever Lisa and Jeff were in the house--and the same for Lisa when she was on her own-- I could see from her pictures that both pets always wanted to stay close to them and that the pets were getting so much love and attention. Both pets were happy, calm and flourishing when we got home. Also, our cat has kidney problems and insists on drinking from the sink, and Lisa completely understood my worry that she get enough water--texting me pictures and even a video to reassure me that the cat was drinking like a champ. In addition to all of the wonderful care they gave our pets, Lisa and Jeff also went above and beyond in taking care of our house--not just washing the sheets and re-making the bed, but sweeping up the pet hair, leaving the bathroom and kitchen spotless and even sweeping off the back porch! We came back to happy healthy pets and a house that was cleaner than we'd left it (I left for vacation a week before my husband and daughter did, and I know from experience that that means the house was probably NOT spotless when they left it!). And to top it off, when my plane got delayed coming home (turning a 5:30 arrival into a 10:00 PM one, after Lisa and Jeff's booking ended at 3 PM), before I'd even had a chance to ask her the favor, Lisa was already driving back to the house to walk the dog, feed the pets dinner and keep them company until we knew for sure when I'd be able to get back. Lisa and Jeff truly love animals, and it shows in EVERYTHING they do.”
6. Lydia M.
“Lydia was great to work with! She was very responsive and sent pictures every time she dropped in. Our dog really seemed to have a good time with her! Lydia also did a wondeful job taking care of our garden as well. We really appreciate the care and time she took with both our dog and our garden. Would definitely book her again!”
7. Jessie H.
“Jessie was so great with our girl. She respected our home and communicated clearly. Would love to have her back anytime!”
8. Christine S.
“Pumpkin had a great time with Christine. He was well taken care of, including his medicine, and she rolled with a couple unexpected things with no problem. I got plenty of updates and photos. Thanks Christine!”
9. Jessica Y.
“Jessica was great. She took care of our pets and home for over a week and we were delighted when we returned to a very well cared for home. She handled all the details for the pets and our home wonderfully. Our dog can be a handful and it didn’t phase her, including giving her (the dog) medication. When we needed her to respond during our vacation, she got back to us very quickly. I highly recommend her for house/petsitting.”
10. Tim & Elizabeth C.
“Elizabeth and Tim were wonderful with our animals Sending updates and photos often as well as taking great care of our home. We definitely look forward to having them stay in the future!”
11. Danielle W.
“Danielle did a great job with our dog and cat. The house was clean when we came home and she thankfully hauled our garbage cans out to the street. We would definitely hire Danielle again.”
12. Delia F.
“Delia was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy meeting my babies. I felt very comfortable while I was away and I will definitely plan to use Delia again in the future!”
13. Jessica D.
“Jessica is our new hero. She exhibited incredible professsionalism when working with us and SUCH amazing care of our animals. She stayed in our home just after Christmas when we went to visit family. Even in the cold, she took our very active dog for walks and sent pictures every day of our dog and cat to put us at ease. She even washed the sheets for the bed that she slept in and vacuumed. You could not even tell that anyone had stayed in our home. We are SO happy to have found her and can’t wait to book her again. Thank you, Jessica!!!”
14. Sherry F.
“My dog Pepper had a great weekend with Sherry! I got plenty of photos and updates, and it was wonderful to not have to worry about my girl at all when I was away for the weekend!”
15. Maureen R.
“Maureen was great! She even got our shy cat to come out and interact. She took care of our house and our animals were doing well when we got back. Would recommend!”
16. Beth G.
“Beth was wonderful with Luna! Very clear she’s an animal lover. I was so stressed because we had never left our 1 year old pup alone before but she was in great hands and we got lots of pictures! I’m addition, our house looked better than when we left it and she found a privacy blind in our bathroom that we had NO idea was there… 100% satisfied!”
17. Diane P.
“Diane did a great job hanging out with my little zoo overnight. She sent lots of pictures and gave many snuggles. The house was just as I left it and the zoo was happy. I’m so appreciative and hope to work with Diane again.”
18. Camille J.
“Camille was incredible with my two older dogs. They are quite needy and she handled all of their quirks and special needs with such great care. She watched them at our house for a week while we were out of town and left the house cleaner than when we left! She gave us updates and sent pictures and videos throughout our time away so we knew the pups were doing alright. I highly recommend her for any of your dog sitting needs!”
19. Brianna S.
“Brianna provides detailed updates throughout the day with pictures and videos of my babies. As much as I hate to have to leave them, knowing they are well cared for makes all the difference!”
20. Ashley M.
“Ashley has been our dog sitter for years. She’s amazing! She’s responsible and very easy to work with. Ashley loves animals and spent time gently getting to know ours and playing with them. She’s a natural with dogs and they can sense it. Our dogs adore her! She has a dog of her own who she’s trained to be a well behaved delightful giant of a guy, which says a lot about her natural skill with animals. Can’t say enough about her. You and your pet will be in very capable hands.”
