“Chevaughn did an amazing job! One of my dogs (Toffee) is 'very' skittish & does not warm up to new people well (it often takes weeks - sometimes months - for people just to be able to pet her). However, when we did the first meet & greet, Toffee was curious & got close enough to sniff him, which I thought was a great sign. But then... Chevaughn was actually able to pet her before leaving. She was wary, but let him. It kinda shocked me a bit. We had met with 2 other potential sitters & Toffee wouldn't get near them. With one of them, she wouldn't even come inside the house from the yard, not even for a treat, so long as the lady was there. Chevaughn has great energy, though. He was calm & assertive, moved gently around Carlee & Toffee, and they both became fast friends with him. While we were away, he even sent video of her licking his hand. That was a huge deal... Chevaughn was reliable, on time, consistent & most importantly, he is kind. Next time we need a sitter, he's our guy and I highly recommend him for taking care of your pups..”

I have experience with special needs pets, elderly pets, and other pets (chinchillas, bearded dragons, chickens, fish). I am comfortable administering medicines and other treatments, as well as cleaning up after/bathing animals when needed. Please keep in mind when booking that I require a weeks notice for jobs. I have another part time job that I have to give notice to. I am currently working full-time at a cafe/brunch restaurant. My typical shifts are 9-4 Wednesday-Thursday. If needed I have no issue with visiting your pets on my lunch break, given that they are a feasible distance from my job. I am available to watch your pets/home for any length of time. I’m an elementary school teacher so during school year I’m available after 4 Monday thru Friday and all day Saturday & Sunday. During summer months I’m available all day each day. I have large fenced areas, a concrete floor kennel with a roof for pets that need closed boundaries outdoors. I also welcome pets indoors as long as flea meds are up to date. My home is dog and cat friendly and my personal pets are sociable.
