I am the purr-fect pet sitter!
Hi, my name is Angelica, and I've been a full-time teacher for the past 25 years! Alongside my dedication to education, I have a deep passion for taking care of animals. While I am new to Rover, I've been petsitting in the area for quite some time. I'm usually available in the afternoons and on weekends during the school year, with much more flexibility during summer and winter breaks. At home, I have two cats who I absolutely adore and spoil! I know firsthand how important it is to have a trusted, experienced, and loving pet sitter when you're away from your fur babies. I promise to provide the same level of care and affection to your pets as I do to my own. I was fortunate to grow up in an animal-loving family, surrounded by dogs, cats, parrots, and parakeets. My mother manages a no-kill shelter in our native country, Colombia, and through her, I've learned so much more about caring for pets. Animals are such loving, smart, resilient, and humble creatures, and they teach us to enjoy life's little moments and to focus on having fun rather than worrying. I'm happy to provide references from previous clients. I look forward to meeting you and your beloved pets!

I will come to your home to meet your pet before I can pet sit for you. I like to gather information about your pet's routines, habits, moods, and favorite activities! After we set up a schedule for visits, I will come at the arranged times, feed your pets, check on their water, and have some play/ activity time. I will never force your pet to do anything they don't feel comfortable with. I will take pictures and videos of each visit, and will be in constant communication with the owners.

Angelica did a wonderful job caring for our cat Addison! Addison clearly trusted her and was comfortable. Angelica sent detailed notes and plenty of photos at each visit. She also helped solve unexpected technical issues that came up. We were reassured to know our cat was in good hands, and we look forward to working with Angelica again the next time we are out of town.
Best sitter ever!!! Angelica is highly professional and responsible. She expertly cared for our cat while we were out of the country for nearly two weeks and did a truly fantastic job. Schedule
I am a teacher, so I am mostly available during weekends and afternoon/evening visits during weekdays. I have a lot more flexibility during the summer months and weeks when schools are in break.
