Some FAQ: I start the clock when I enter and end when I have locked the door behind me. No travel time is included in the visit. I prefer to walk the whole time, but if your dog isn’t into it, I’ll finish with play or cuddle time. I sometimes overshoot the outbound and end up going over, no big deal. Depending on your dog’s pace, I usually get up to 1.5 mile in 30 min or 3 in 60 min. If your dog is walk reluctant, with your OK, I can use treats. I also find singing to them sometimes help. I change the lyrics to pop sounds to incorporate your dogs name. It’s dorky, but a lot of dogs are into it! I will not take your dog to a dog park, even if you ask, and I will never let your dog “say hi” to another dog, even if the other owner says they know each other. This is for their safety and mine! I do sittings for regular / repeat walk clients on occasion, but I don’t offer sittings to new clients. The app doesn’t give me the option to offer this, but if you want 45 min or more than 60, just message me. I will prorate and adjust the price manually. Ok - about me! Despite all of my genuine effort, time and money, he is still a strong puller, chases squirrels with blood lust, and will try to attack other dogs. No matter your dogs’ leash aversion, triggers, or stressors, I have tricks up my sleeve to handle it. It won’t bother me and no judgement!
